As usual, these arrived perfectly. We're in Germany & Zappos gets stuff here within about 4 days. Anyway, these shoes are really nice. But the back end is a little hard. If your child has pudgy duck feet (like mine), it's a little bit hard to pull on. After a couple wears, however, they do fit nicely. I recommend maybe putting shoe trees in them. Also, you need to spray these with the waterproofing solution. Otherwise every little stain shows up. They look really cute on my daughter; she put pink laces in them & they look really nice. Great product!

I bought these for my 4 and 6 year old boys to wear to church. They look like Daddy\'s shoes, so they love them. The wides fit great on my wide-footed little guys. They love to jump around and tap in them (though the crepe soles are not loud)! They are very happy with these shoes. We tried Jumping Jacks bucks before, but the very thick part around the opening was really uncomfortable for them. These were also much easier for the kids to put on themselves (since the Jumping Jacks opening was so thick and restrictive).

These shoes are absolutely adorable. I love the way they look. The only problem is they are very stiff and very hard to get onto my 2 year old’s feet. He actually cries when I’m jamming his foot into them. I’m hoping he breaks them in soon and stops complaining about them.

Purchased these shoes for my son for school, though he only wears them one day a week, when they wear the more formal uniform. The white part seems to resist scuffing, they look great. No complaints about comfort and the size was true. I measured his foot and ordered based on the measurements. I expect them to hold up well enough for his younger brother to wear!

Zappos is the absolute best place to find shoes. The selection is phenominal and they are easy to work with. I bought these saddle shoes for my 4 year old. They fit true to size and he wears them without complaint.

Saddle shoe - This shoe is way to bulky for my daughter's feet. Stamped inside the shoe is boy so maybe that is why. When ordering there was no mention of gender.
Other Brands Recommended by Reviewer: Payless seem to have the best fitting shoe of this type.

Great selection, great service, great company! Thank you for making the shopping experience so pleasant. These saddle shoes were purchased for a children's production of Bye Bye Birdie...they were perfect in look, but run a little small. According to my daughter, they are really stiff and uncomfortable to wear. So perfect for a costume, but not for everyday wear.

A nice saddle shoe. The comfort could be a little better. My sons HATE when shoes are stiff. I am hoping they break in a little bit.

Great First Communion Shoe -
So Handsome. This goes really well with white slacks and a blue blazer for a boy's first communion. A nice stylish spin and he can wear them again to piano recitals, with Jeans etc. Love the look!

Well-made and great-looking -
My daughter loves these shoes and they look fantastic with her school uniforms. They do scuff up on the playground, but marks come right off with a damp cloth. The details of the styling on these are particularly nice.

School Issues Varsity (Toddler/Youth)
Great looking shoe with my daughter's school uniform, gives it a really nice preppy look. She has not complained about comfort which most 6 six yr olds will let you know immediately. However, was a little disappointed that the she chipped the toe after about 3 weeks of wear (not sure if it is my daughter's roughness with shoes or what). I remember wearing these shoes as a kid and I don't remember them wearing so fast. Overall, I absolutely love the shoe.
