These are fantastic school shoes! This is my 4th purchase of the Prodigy shoes for my daughter, which she wears to private school. I only had to purchase 4 pairs because she outgrows them before outwearing them. Attractive, durable, and she thinks they\'re very comfortable. True to size, too. Highly recommend.

Perfect for pre-school, just a "plain Jane" shoe. I don't like all the fru-fru stuff on them like flowers and bows. I like these shoes because it's a nice plain leather shoe.

My daughter likes these shoes for their fit, their comfort and their style. I bought them a half size bigger hoping to get through the school year. Their little feet grow so fast!

Not for flat feet.
A beautiful shoe, sturdy and light. However, it's not recommended for little girls who have little or no arch; the shoe is likely to rub against the ankle or just below the ankle.

Good for the purpose that we bought it for -
My daughter prefers this type of shoe for a dress shoe (comfort). She has really been enjoying wearing them and they are very comfortable. They got a little bit hard to wear for a whole day at school, but she was just dressed up for one day and doesn't usually wear them for school.

Great shoes -
Both my daughters (8 & 10) wear these shoes and are really pleased with them. The shoes fit well and look good. This is the second pair for my 8yo. Her old shoes wore well and can be passed down to be enjoyed by someone else.

Great "dress" uniform shoe -
I had never heard of this brand before. We usually wear Stride Rite. I am very happy with this shoe for the money. It's plain, but not cheap-looking. It seems well-made. It's a great shoe to wear with uniform skirts and jumpers because it's dressier than a tennis shoe, but still flexible and comfortable enough for recess and gym.

From the description, price and appearance, I thought that I made a good purchase, but less than a month later, the leather (???) has worn on the shoe. My daughter has complained about the back of her ankle hurting and the shoe looks at least a year old. Her physical activities are limited in those shoes, especially since she packs her tennis shoes for recess and the like. Sorry to say, but this is one customer that is done with this shoe.

JJ (Jumping Jack) school shoe is better -
Fit was fine, awful quality. JJ school shoes were not available in the size needed so I tried these for my daughter. First time she wore these they came home looking very rough with cracks on the top strap & scuffed at the toe. JJ shoes lasted us all year last year; luckily they are now in her size so they are on the way. Too bad I had to waste my money on these.

Smart looking shoes with a comfy fit. My daughter's foot is narrow and the hook and loop closure allows her to make the strap tight enough. They look darling!

Down here it is a challenge to find good quality and affordable shoes. A friend told me about Zappos, and I decided to take a look. I found that the prices were great and where in the world can you order anything and not have to pay shipping. I was worried that I would not receive the package on time but I did. My daughter is enjoying her shoes and I am looking forward to shopping on Zappos really soon.
