Finally, a low top hiking boot that fits and is made well. Very sturdy. Roomy toe box, and snug heel. I do feel the top of the shoe on the top of my toe/foot area slightly but I don't think it will be bothersome. I went with a 1/2 size larger due to hiking and thicker sock.

All I can say is Wow! These are some of the most comfy shoes I have tried, and I am a size 11 with a surgically repaired foot. They are wonderful. Lots of room for a thick sock, no toe bang, great looking, sturdy, and top quality. I love them so much that I will get a pair of the high tops. These will be excellent shoes for non-technical hikes in the Colorado foothills. Where have these shoes been all my life!

Didn't like that the only three reviews for this shoe came from individuals who returned it, so I am writing my first review for Zappos. I wear a 9 US, so purchased the 41. Fit is perfect. There is no problem with the toe bed for me. The arch support is better than average. This shoe is great for a day hike, but also looks great with a pair of leggings or jeans for daily wear. I bought to use on a vacation where I would walk a lot, and these are great! Comfortable, but not as cushiony as a tennis shoe. Love the look of these vs tennis shoes though. Worth the $. Love them.

Bought a half-size larger and they fit fine, plenty of toe room. Comfortable too, but unfortunately I really didn't need these shoes now, so back they go.

Nice shoe! These shoes have a nice, aggressive, grippy tread and cool style. I was torn between these and the 5.10 Guide Tennies. They were very comfortable, except for in the toe box. I decided to return these because after testing them out in the house, they were pressing down on my toes. If the toe box were just a bit higher, they'd be perfect...
