The Triumph 8 is a fantastic all purpose shoe. From running, to weight lifting, general fitness or just everyday walking. I was a fan of the Triumph 7 and like the new style even more. I did not find faults with the "7" model, but find that the Triumph 8 feels to be more stable and even more comfortable. I have worn Saucony exclusively since 2001 and have been happy with most every model I have tried. Great deal on a great shoe!

Superb! I'm an underpronator with narrow size 10's, and I've finally found a running shoe my feet are happy with. I ordered 7 neutral cushioning shoes from Zappos, and it came down to the Triumph's and the Brooks Glycerin 8. It was a tough call, but the Triumph's cushioned footbed and foot angle formed by the heel wedge just felt better to me. I've logged about 40 miles so far and I plan on loving the Triumph series for a long time.

I love these shoes, I am a long distant runner and have problems with my knees. I have had these shoes for a month and have already put some miles on them and they have held up great. Lots of support but still very light in weight. I would definitely recommend these shoes to a friend.

I received what I ordered quickly and at a fair price. Both times I've ordered thru Zappos I've been totally satisfied. I will always check Zappos in the future. Since I have worn several pairs of Saucony's in the past, I knew to order a 1/2 size bigger than other sneaks.

I've owned two pair of Triumph 7s and loved them; the 8s are even better. With the 7s I needed inserts for my arches but not with the 8s. The 8s also have better cushioning than the 7s. These are great shoes!

These are pricey but worth every cent. It's my second pair, a bit improved from the Triumph 6 and I would never buy any other shoe than these.

I am a woman who purchased this shoe to wear for power walks and exercise on the trampoline. So far, it has helped to greatly reduce foot and ankle pain due to supination on walks, but when jumping on the trampoline the arch of my foot still cramps. To be fair, I am not certain if the cramping has anything at all to do with the shoe. The shoe itself is extremely light weight, extremely airy, cushiony and extremely comfortable. I don't see myself using this shoe in the winter due to the airy/mesh, but for summer and spring it's awesome! I love the color (yellow), which is why I ordered it in man's. It wasn't available for women. Zappos CS said there is virtually no difference in the male or female running shoe and helped me find my size. I'm extremely pleased with Zappos service and the shoe. 5 stars and then some for comfort!

I first encountered the Triumph model a few years ago when I began running and was experiencing awful shin splints. I went to a running store, explained my predicament, and the gentleman suggested the Triumph 6 to me. The next time I went running, the shin splints were gone. After running those into the ground, I recently purchased the Triumph 8 and I couldn't be more pleased. I've been running in them for about a month and, as someone who has had reconstructive knee surgery, they provide the support and cushioning I need. I run 5K 3-4 times a week and my knee never experiences the soreness that used to plague me when I tried to run. Overall, these shoes required no break-in period and one month later, I smile every time I put them on.

I previously had the Triumph 7's and this was a purchase to replace them. At first they were stiff and felt like boots on my feet. After about 3 runs in them they loosened up and feel great. I previously used Asics and they do not even compare to Saucony. I use a Montrail insert with these and the shoe along with the inserts has really molded to my feet. I get almost a full year out of these shoes and I run about 15 miles per week.

Great shoe, very lightweight but great arch support. Wore them as tourist walking shoes and didn't have sore feet at the end of the day.

Needed new shoes since my Triumph 7s were worn down and I was running a marathon soon. after 2 runs, the shoe was adequately broken in and ready for the marathon. The shoes performed well.

I'm hard to fit; wide foot (2E), narrow heel, high arch with little flex, neutral underpronator. Many stores and try ons with no success. Checked Saucony's factory web site for my type of foot. Then checked the reviews of each of the recommended shoes on Zappos. The ProGrid Triumph 8 stood out in every review as having ample cushioning, being true to size and width (they are well made and a true 2E!) and right for my kind of foot. Thanks to all the reviewers. Thanks to Zappos for having them and getting them to me efficiently, quickly and at a right price. I finally found the best way to shop for shoes.

I've found these shoes to be both lightweight and supportive. I typically run 3-5 days a week, with the average run being 3-4 miles and at least one track workout a week. Thus far, these shoes have been great for my routine. As an underpronator, they've provided solid arch support so far.
