True to size. Great arch & ankle support. I have had foot & knee surgery this past year and no pain after walking all day. I would recommend for active people. I like the look too.

I have owned many different pair of running, zumba, studio, and aerobics shoes. These shoes have a very unique feel. I will need to get used to them. They are lightweight on top, yet flat (they call it "neutral") on bottom. They are unique because unlike studio/zumba shoes and runners, they do not have the angling at the bottom, rather they go straight down. They are boxey. They are as lightweight, if not lighter than a light Saucony runner. I am planning on using them for the gym for eliptical, spin, plyo, weight room. I believe they will be great cross-trainerd. These would not be good kick or zumba shoes as the tread is very pointed and in differing variations underneath. You will not pivot in these, but for jump squats and lunges I believe they will work with good support. My orthotics fit well in my size 6, but would wear a 5½ without orthotics.

I LOVE these shoes so much! They might be my only workout shoes for the rest of my life, they are so good. I use them in Jazzercise. They are light weight, AWESOME LOOKING, and just perfect. True to size too! I'd buy another pair right now if I had the cash flow. They are that good! Good job Saucony, you rock!

Shoes are great! I use them for the Nike Training club class and Body Pump class at 24HR Fitness, and they serve as a great cross trainer. My knees would give me grief when taking these classes with running shoes on - these are much better at supporting me on jumps and side moves.

Returning. I have high arches. The sides are cut shorter than normal, which causes more lace to show & strap over the top of foot holding the sides of shoe together - thus puts more pressure on top of foot. I tried for a week indoors then more every day outside, releasing the laces more every day till they were 2.5" wide at midpoint of foot. My old tennis shoes were just 1.5" width of laces across top of foot. This top pressure just hurts. Returning. Manufacturer should make the sides so they come together closer. Really disappointing.
