Awesome, light-weight, and comfy. I'm a 9, but in running shoes I always buy a half size up. I bought these in a 9.5 and they were perfect, so make sure you get a half size up. I use them for hiking and camping. The pink and blue isn't quite as shocking as I thought. Also, I have flat feet and sauconys are always great for that.
I'd also recommend: New Balance

I love these shoes! Very cute and comfortable and sturdy enough for trail running. I also wear Saucony Cortana's which have more cushion but aren't as good off road.

Looking for a change of pace from your usual trail running shoes? Or do you want to 'dip your toe' in the low-profile (minimal cushion) shoe type? This is a great shoe for trail running with good stability as well as low-profile/minimal cushion to help build back up your feet muscles. I can't say enough good things about these. I run about 30 miles/week on 90% trails as well as do 3-4 outdoor crossfit classes in these shoes. I find it best to alternate pairs every day to give them a 'break', though I have also worn them all day long when walking around town while traveling, and then gone for a run in the same pair in the evening and not felt like the shoes had compressed at all (which has been a problem for me with similar Nike shoes). I own four pairs of these and highly recommend them.
