I can't say enough about this shoe. I am walking again! My fast paced mall walk has returned, thanks to the Progrid Integrity ST 2. I just finished five months of physical therapy for having anterior and posterior tarsal tunnel surgery, plantar fascia release, heel spur removed, and 1st metatarsal spur removed. Have had metatarsal stress fractures in the past, so deal with arthritic changes. I wore this shoe right out of the box. And to the grocery store, the mall, and did two 30 minute walks that day. When I get up from sitting, I can walk without pain. I have c-shaped feet, E to EE width, high arches and high instep, with a narrow heel. I underpronate so much I easily sprain my ankles.Wore them with my thin orthotics. No blisters. I can lace them. Plenty of room. Finding shoes for underpronaters is difficult. Even with my orthotics, they don't allow me to roll out or in excessively. And it lifts my heel enough to keep weight off of my heels. Insert has added foam on underside, so no need to add heel inserts, etc. for heel pain. My search is over. Get this shoe and enjoy life again. Previously wore New Balance 1064, 1123, and 1225, with orthotics and store bought/home made heel inserts. Love these!

These are not an attractive shoe but I have neuropathy in both feet and these work well for me. I've recently started walking for exercise and finding shoes that I could wear was a real problem. These shoes have a wide enough toe box for my sensitive toes and good support for the whole foot. I've tried several shoes and these were the ones that worked for me.

Goodbye New Balance. After 20 years I have finally found a pair of sneakers that are wide enough in the toe box with no rollbar! As someone who underpronates a rollbar makes the outsides of my feet ache since the rollbar forces my foot out of its natural motion. These are so lightweight too. I started bouncing around as soon as I put them on and my boyfriend was shocked. I bought these in WW, here are the WW ones I returned that were not wide enough: New Balance WX623, WW577, Jeen A86 TR (not WW). The New Balance WW846 was slightly wider than these Sauconys-- but had a clompy rollbar. If you need wide in the toe box and are neutral or an underpronator you should definitely try these sneakers. Also, I had to get these half a size larger than I usually get in New Balance, in the same size as my regular/dress shoes. I hope this helps. These are the first sneakers that I have ever liked enough to review!

These shoes are instantly comfortable. The width is great for narrower feet and the heel box is low enough that this doesn't rub on my ankle bones. I like the amount of arch support it provides for my foot. The tongue is nice and soft so no rubbing there! I'll be buying another pair.

These shoes have helped my feet a lot. I have high arches with a bone spur/plantar fasciitis and sometimes I wear these shoes around the house just to help with the pain. On my walks, these shoes have helped reduce any pain I might have in my feet. I do wish they had a mesh top but perhaps another style does.
