So I bought these shoes for my daughter who is in preschool not even a full two months ago, and we already have to replace them. Not sure if she is just hard on shoes, but there is a hole busted through at the toe on each shoe. Maybe she drags her feet on bikes or swings, but either way the sueded toe really posed an issue with her. Great looking shoe, but probably not for a child who is hard on shoes. They look like they are already a year old, but not even two months old! :( Sad that these are falling apart.
Brands I'd also recommend: adidas, asics, stride rite

I bought the grey and orange version and they are super cute. They seem to run narrow or maybe my daughter's foot is wide because I can't close the velcro all the way, but the length seems right. I bought a 5.5 for my 19 month old.

I ordered these for my 2.5 year old -- they were so fantastic, the 4.5 year old had to have a pair, too! The fabric portion is a little shiny, which is probably why the girls love them. They are lightweight and easy to put on.
