I really like the style of these shoes, however I'm on my feet all day working in a hospital and my feet are still soar at the end of the day. I feel I need something with a little more cushion and arch support.

I love this shoe. I am at the hospital every week with appointments and I do a good amount of walking. This shoe is exactly what I needed. It is lightweight and so comfortable. I love it! Best shoe I have ever had, price wasn't bad either.
I'd also recommend: nike air max 90.

These are quite possibly the most comfortable running shoes I have ever had! I have a very difficult time finding running shoes that do not hurt my feet so I was a little apprehensive about ordering but given Zappos excellent customer service and return policy I went for it! They are lightweight yet still provide great support.
