First I would like to say thank you Zappos for the free upgrade to overnight shipping... for free! About the shoes. I got them in my size and they feel like they fit really well in the toe and a little loose in the heel, but not enough to warrant a smaller size. They are really comfortable and the fleece on the inside is super comfortable. The bottom does not have as much grip as I thought it would, but it's still way better than my Toms were, more comfortable too. Hopefully they'll last longer too! All in all really like these shoes, but they do still feel like they need to be broken in, which is to be expected since I've had them less than 12 hours.

These fit just like a slipper or a sandal meaning that there is no arch support. I would not wear these if I was doing a lot a of walking. These are good shoes for around the house or running errands with the car. The toe area is comfortable and true to size but the heel feels a little wide to me. One shoe felt a little wider then the other. I own another pair of Sanuk slip-ons which feel perfect on both of my feet. If you are a half size, I would size down but I would not size down a whole size. These are meant to be comfortable like slippers. Style wise these are really cute even in my size 10. The fur lining inside of the shoes is super soft and cozy. Overall, a cute shoe if you get the sizing right.

With my job, I have to wear some kind of rubber soled shoe or sneaker at all times in the group home. Well, I am extremely lazy when it comes to shoes so these are perfect. I own other Sanucks and loved how easy on/off and how comfortable they are. The Chill style is not an exception. The fake Sherpa lining is super soft and warm. They are perfect for around the house western Pennsylvania weather.

Love at first step. So comfortable. I love slip on shoes, and this fleece lining should be warm in the winter months. I am already shopping for my next pair of Sanuks.

Great shoe. I usually wear an 8.5 but I always order a size down in Sanuk's because they usually stretch (they were a little tight at first but now they fit perfect). They look great with jeans and I get so many compliments on them.

I have foot issues (I can get stress fractures easily) and I have to wear shoes in the house because of it. I found that Sanuks don't bother my feet at all, and aren't as costly as shoes with special supports. I have several pairs of Sanuk sandals and shoes, but this was my first time buying the Chill shoes. Overall, they are fine. They were tighter on my foot though. In normal Sanuks, I wear a 9. I had to get these in a 10. They stretched a little, but there is still one spot on top of my foot where there is pressure and I'm ready to take these off after I wear them outside. Overall a fine shoe, but they don't stretch as much as the regular Sanuks nor are they as comfy.

This shoe is so comfy! I was a little worried because some reviews stated they ran big. I ordered a 5 which is my normal size and it fit perfectly. The furry lining makes it nice for this time of year. Will buy Sanuk again!

Comfy shoes that serve my high-arched feet well on my long walks back and forth to work. I like the lining for temperate to cooler weather but probably not recd it for wear during hot hot weather. Also, mild annoyance: my foot randomly slips out of the shoe. Maybe a smaller size would be advisable?
