I wanted a pair of boat shoes for the style. Most (like Sperry Topsiders) were too preppy / Martha's Vineyard for me. These have a chill vibe, but when worn with the laces they can look stylish. My other (cloth) Sanuks are too chill for wearing out at night or to work; these are great. They aren't as comfy as my cloth Sanuks, but they come close, which is pretty cool for a new leather shoe. As usual with Sanuks I would size up either 1/2 or a full size.

Very comfortable, one of the reasons I chose it is because its different than the average boat shoe. It's not just another pair of Sperry's like everyone else seems to have. Only have had it a few weeks but it appears high quality, and the option to remove the laces is nice. Size fit well, I don't wear them with socks on and sometimes my feet get a little sweaty but I guess that's suspected. Good product.

These shoes are ridiculously comfortable and go with nearly everything! I have 4 pairs of Sperry's but was looking for something that had a little more of a footbed/padding and these were perfect. They were a bit tight at first, but quickly formed to my feet. The only drawback to the shoe is that, unlike Sperry's, there is no reinforcement in the heel/back of the shoe. This makes for some mild discomfort if you over-pronate and/or are driving long distances. Awesome overall!

Great shoes! I really like the look: classy, good looking, but not as formal as the classic Sperry's. But one concern (and suggestion): when I received these from Zappos, I immediately noticed that the soles are soft and would probably wear through after 6 months of regular wear. Not my idea of money well-spent. So I took them to a cobbler (shoe-repair guy) and he affixed those crescent-shaped black plastic heel-savers to the heels. Now, I'm super happy with these.

Zappos delivered exactly what I ordered exactly when it was supposed to arrive. I loved not having to pay for shipping and the ability to return them had they not fit. I recommend Zappos for any online shopping and recommend Sanuk shoes to all.

These shoes are incredible. I'm a big fan of the vibram FF and these are the next best thing (maybe even better if you factor in their social acceptability). They feel very soft, and almost-barefoot.

Love these. Sanuk's generally are pretty dang ugly...well eccentric...but these are fairly down the middle in the way of their appearance and comfortable beyond compare, which I think really defines this brand. Would definitely recommend.

These are uber-comfortable. And I love that the design is simple and subtle. I also am happy that someone designed a boat shoe without a bright white bottom.

Very comfortable, fit true to size. Like the grey color, but it's more like taupe. That's okay with me! Very happy with purchase. Will buy more Sanuks in the future.

This is an amazing shoe. Extremely comfortable and fits perfect. This is the 2nd Sanuk product that I have owned and they are both foot perfection. These are a little pricey, but some things are worth the price. I wear these daily including to work where we a have a business casual dress code. Great company, I'm hooked.

I wear an 11 or 11.5 wide so I have to order my Sanuks in 12 for no socks and 13 for socks. I also like my Sanuks loose rather than tight. The Shore Leave is not quite as comfortable out of the bag as my Vagabonds or Board Rooms, however, they are much more comfortable than Sperrys. Very light, easy to put on and the quality sole should hold up well. I like them with the shoe strings but I tie them real loose so they serve no purpose other than for looks. I do have the option of snugging them up some if need be. They are just beginning to break in so I expect the comfort level will rival my other Sanuks in a week or so. I expect to buy another pair of Shore Leaves for back up. This is my eleventh pair of Sanuks in eight years and only one pair really needs to be permanently retired due to wear. Sanuks are on my feet 365 days a year!
