So I ordered these shoes from Zappos.com February 14, 2010. I live in Florida and ordered them around 8:30 a.m. EST. I accidentally messed up on the billing address and, not really expecting to get anyone human to answer at this time or day, keep in mind this was a Sunday, I decided to call into Zappos to try and fix this mistake. I almost immediately got hold of a real live person who was more than happy to fix my error. Not only that, but they upgraded my shipping to overnight. So that was a nice experience I figured, and was thinking this same thing to myself while I was getting ready for school the next, Monday, morning. Yes, it was President’s Day, but for some reason, class was still on. So, while I was thinking this to myself, I hear the doorbell ring, this is about 9:15 a.m. and I think to myself, "Who could this be?" as I certainly wasn’t expecting anybody. Wouldn’t you know, it was a delivery of my Zappos box containing the ordered shoes! I have no idea how they managed to get my order to me in under 25 hours off of a Sunday, but I am certainly not complaining! The shoes themselves are great! I usually wear an 11.5 narrow, and the size 12 fits me perfectly without laces and wearing socks. Even without socks, I can walk around in them just fine, and the heels don’t tend to want to come off the backs of my feet like I have experienced in some other brands. Very snug fit, have yet to see how much they loosen up after I break them in. Plus, the shoes come with a nifty little hanger/holder that you can store them on when not in use. Also, I am flat footed and there isn’t really any arch support. They supposedly will strengthen your arches as you walk in them, though I am not sure how that translates to us flatfoot. I plan on using them to walk around school and perhaps on a night or two out, and so far I have had no pain in my arches from use of this shoe. Would definitely recommend to others, I plan on getting several other Sanuk shoes in the near future. So: Great shoe, great customer experience. Would highly recommend ordering from Zappos if you haven’t yet, I know I will be again very soon. And if you have been considering getting this shoe from Sanuk, go ahead you will likely not be disappointed.

This is my third pair of Sanuks and my second pair of Scurvys. I absolutely love them all; they are great for everything. The only other shoes I own are running shoes, that's it. Sanuks work for everything else. Sanuks forever!

I got these shoes for my son and he loves them. I think they run a little small so we had to get a bigger size. Customer service was great and they sent the new shoes the very next day at no charge to me - even though it was not their fault about the size. Super nice people and an awesome experience all around. Will definitely shop Zappos again!

This is a great pair of shoes. I bought these because I wanted a pair of shoes for when I didn't need a heavy pair of tennis shoes, and these were perfect. The insole is not removable, but I don't know why you would ever want to remove it; it feels like a padded gym floor, and after wearing for a month it has retained its spring but it has also conformed to my foot. This is my first pair of Sanuk's, and and I've been recommending the brand to all of my friends.

Light and comfortable, this shoe is perfect for summer without socks. I wear 9.5 and ordered a 10. Great fit. It stays firm on my feet without the laces on, but I think it looks better with them. Only con is the sole doesn't seem all that durable, but that's because it's very supple.

I purchased these shoes for my husband after seeing them several times on someone else's feet. I don't usually take a guess as to his style, but he loves these. He says they're extremely comfortable. He is only wondering how long they'll last because the sole doesn't seem too thick, so I guess we'll have to see over time. I think they look great!

The scurvy is very lightweight and very comfortable. I normally wear a size 10 but had to get a 11 because the 10 was way too tight.

I bought these shoes for my husband for our vacation in Mexico and he loves them! He thought they seemed a little snug at first but they ended up being extremely comfortable and perfect for a beachy location.

This is an excellent shoe. It fits very well and looks great with any style of pants. Definitely would recommend this shoe to anyone looking for a stylish boat shoe. Might get it in black as well.

Awesomely soft, really get to feel au natural while still wearing shoes and having enough padding to not making it painful. The flexibility in the shoes feels nice and flexible to you.

Nice looking shoe at a great price. The footbed is really soft, almost like walking in sand. It is also not removable so you can't put in an insole. My real problem is the toe box is extremely narrow. I was hoping it would widen out as it broke in, but no such luck. If you have narrow feet and like a soft shoe you'll love it. If you have a wide foot and like bit more structure then I'd steer clear.

I bought these shoes for a new job. The job has me on my feet 8+ hours a day with constant walking, bending and squatting. I wanted these shoes to maintain my overall barefoot health. At first use, I went without socks, but quickly saw the flaws in this. The fast paced constant moving, created blisters. I quickly tossed on socks and have never looked back. The shoes are great and I now wear them beyond work. If you are into the minimalist footwear, with a nice bit of social acceptance, (unlike VFF) these shoes are an excellent choice. I went with a size bigger than my foot, to allow for more room. Something to consider if you plan to be active in these shoes. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone wanting minimalist footwear with the ability to use in social situations or during active work. Best of luck and have a wonderful day.

I ordered these for my son, and he loves the style. After wearing them a few weeks, I notice they are starting to smell bad, and his feet sweat when he wears them. I will have him wear them with sock from now on. They don't offer much support so if your doing a lot of walking these aren't the best for that.

Absolutely great shoe for everyday wear. They fit well and are comfortable for how little there is to them. I've had them about a month now, with a lot of wear, and they are holding up great. I'm not surprised, though, seeing as I bought my first pair of Sanuks nearly three years ago and they are still in great shape. I'm currently a college student and I do a lot of walking throughout the day and these shoes are perfect for that. I would, however, warn against wearing them while travelling. While extremely comfortable, walking on anything other than smooth or paved surfaces (e.g. gravel or rocky roads) can be a little painful because the soles are so thin. But other than that, these shoes are nearly perfect. Definitely a good buy. Thanks again, Zappos!
