Best store I've ever done business with! I'm not normally an on-line shopper, but, with the amazing customer service I received. I'll be buying from Zappos again in the future and will tell anyone I know to do the same. Ordered two pairs of Sanuks for my daughters for Christmas. They arrived quickly. Christmas day, we realized one of the pairs was too small. Zappos had another pair at my house within 24 hours! before I even had a chance to return the other pair! I was impressed that they sent the other pair on "good faith" that I was headed to UPS to return the other pair. Amazing! My girls love their Donna Sanuks and wear them all the time! Great product and even greater company!

If you wear half sizes, forget it. I wear a 9.5 shoe, but I LOVED these so I figured I give them a try even though they run in whole sizes. Unfortunately the 9 was much too small, and the 10 was HUGE. I wanted these shoes so bad, but they had to go back.

I wanted to like this pair of Sanuk Donna's but when they arrived, the patterns on the shoes did not match each other. I expected patterns and colors but the shoes looked mismatched. The tops of the shoes were not stripes as shown but had the xo pattern one shoe in black and the other had a big grey stripe with faded xo print, just too mismatched for my taste. I am returning today and will purchase another pair of Sanuks, as I do like the brand very much. They are comfortable and hold up well.

I love these shoes. I practically live in them. They are perfect if you tend to be messy because they hardly show dirt at all! I actually had ketchup dropped all over them the first day I wore them and you can't even tell. These are my second pair...I have two other styles of Sanuk but they have more of a tennis shoe sole and are not nearly as comfortable as these!

Love the Sanuks...my 2nd pair. A great summer shoe you can dress up or down. They are a sandal so no arch support but a great casual shoe to wear with shorts or jeans.

These are super cute, but I had to return them due to the lack of half size issue. They really do have more of a slipper than shoe feel -- even the noise they make when you walk sounds like slippers. So if that's going to bug you, I'd go for something else. I'm usually a 6.5 and ordered 7 -- definitely too big. I'm going to return the 7s and try the 6s. They are really kind of expensive for what these shoes are...but they are really cute.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are like wearing sandals on the sole and shoes on the top. So comfy you don't know you have shoes on! Not much arch support, but I usually need support, and it hasn't bothered my feet at all. I have these in two colors and am planning on getting more. Sanuk is the only way to go for casual comfort.
