I LOVE THESE BOOTS! The heel is the perfect high for walking around. The lining makes them very warm and the cushioned insole makes them very comfortable. I originally ordered a size 6, but had to exchange them for a 6.5. The thick lining does make them a little snug if you want to wear socks with them as I do. After receiving them the very next day I ordered them (Thank you Zappos XOXO!!!) I used them right out of the box all day. No break in needed, my feet were warm and comfortable all day.

Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support Shoe Width: Felt true to widthI absolutely love these boots! They are very high quality leather and made very well. They fit a wider calf like mine, are very comfortable and look great. I went up a half size for a perfect fit. I liked them so much I also purchased the ankle, slouch, in a size up and found a perfect fit as well. I only wish they came in brown so I could purchase both styles in this color. You won’t be disappointed in this boot in either style. And let’s be honest, black goes with anything so I’m happy I found my perfect boot in black. Women in black... now that’s catchy.

I was looking for a pair of good-looking black winter boots. I wanted something both fashionable and practical as we get a lot of rain and snow here in VT. I\'m not into Uggs or clunky looking boots, and this pair looked sleek and stylish. They were pricey but they are waterproof so I\'m hoping I\'ll get many years out of these. When I received them they were very nice looking, classic. Ah but would they be comfortable? Alas, they were very comfortable. Not so skin tight around the calves so there is some room for leggings or skinny jeans, and look great under dress pants as well. I am very pleased as this was my first purchase with Zappos. I would recommend these boots to any New Englander as they are a perfect marriage of function and fashion.

I love these boots! They are very comfortable and warm. The inside is lined with a quilted material, not too thin or thick. They fit true to size, and they are classic, so they will never go out of style.
