Overall:

I was very impressed by this boot (even though the price was too high), but did not consider it after reading the reviews about the way too skinny shaft. When will people realize women\'s real sizes? Not to mention needing space for pants and leggings!

Overall:

Toasty warm (some days too warm, but I haven't hit the frigid winter temps yet). Roomy. Wedge heel is perfect height for active pedestrian lifestyle, but still very good looking. I've only had them a few weeks, but you can tell they're going to wear well. More comfortable to wear with longer socks as the neck is taller than most ankle boots (which I think will be a nice feature in the winter).

Way too big, but warm and fuzzy - I am normally a size 8.5, ordered these in an 8.5 and they are huge. I think I am going to order them in either an 8 or maybe even a 7.5! They seem very comfortable though, soft, warm and fuzzy inside, so I will give the new size a try. Definitely not high fashion, but cute and good for winter.

These are good quality boots, but I have not yet tested out their water-proof qualities. The 7 1/2 I ordered is extremely comfortable and has quite good arch support. Basically true to size, but a little bit long. Acceptable for work on bad weather days with soles not extending beyond the shoe; good traction soles but not lug.

I purchased these about 3 years ago! They were pricey, but I was desperate to get boots and nothing locally here fit the bill. I read reviews then and just felt they might actually be a good boot. I am telling you it is so awesome to read reviews because every time I do, I end up with the right shoes/boots! They are the best boot I have ever owned. They are so attractive; I will definitely buy this brand again. They are warm, comfortable, have no breaking in period and are easy to get on and off. I look forward to wearing them in the fall/winter and even in rainy nasty weather since they have held up wonderfully in the rain/snow. You would never know they are 3+ years old. Thank you Santana! Go get a pair now!

These boots are great. They are comfortable, stylish, have a nice height heel, and are easy to slip on and off. I had foot surgery several months ago and have had to be careful that I can walk with ease. These boots are so practical and comfortable. Another good purchase for me from Zappos!

Great shoes. My toes don\'t squish too badly which is my biggest pet peeve with shoes. The calve area is a little tight... so girls with meaty calves beware.\r\n\r\nOtherwise, nice looking and reasonably comfortable.

Love love love these!!! I was looking for a cuter, dressier version of Uggs, and found these on my search through Zappos. They have the cutest rounded toes and are so comfortable. They feel like uggs, with less fur and more style. They are waterproof and made with the softest suede. I got them in gray and am in love!

I love this boot! What a deal, such a great price. This boot is cozy and comfy. I can't wait to wear it in the cold. And weatherproof to boot (ha ha). I've been looking for a boot like this; great for skinny pants and a lot nicer than Uggs. I can't say anything bad about this boot: gorgeous materials, a quality boot. I did order a half-size up from my usual, and am glad I did. I think Santanas tend to run small.

Santana Alexa Suede - This is an incredible boot. It has all the comfort of an Ugg classic, but is so much cuter; exactly what I was looking for. You don't have to sacrifice looks for comfort. This boot is so soft and comfy, you'll want to wear it around the house. It has a really cute toe and cuff and is a great height to wear with skirts as well as pants. They just feel so great on your feet! These boots run pretty true to size with a little extra room. I'm a 7 or 7 1/2 and ordered the 7 1/2. I think the 7 would have worked as well, but Zappos is out of size 7 in black so I couldn't "comparison shop." If your size is available, grab them. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely shoe, runs narrow, very pretty shoe! Sturdy heel makes these easy to walk in and the lining is great. Unfortunately, they were too narrow across the toes. If Zappos had a larger pair in stock I would snap them up in a second, but alas the hunt for a good fall boot continues.

Ahh, these boots are so comfy! This is exactly what I was looking for. Very cute, stylish & keeps my feet warm; just in time for winter! On other boots, sometimes I find the toe beds are a bit tight, & that's a deal breaker for me. The Santana Marjory has enough room in the toe bed so my tootsies can breathe & stay happy! Give these boots a try. Yes, they're a bit expensive, but so worth the money!

I just bought these and I absolutely love them! I'm pregnant and needed some boots without a actual heel so the wedge works perfectly and is stylish at the same time. They feel comfy and I believe the website said they are waterproof which is a plus! Worth the money.

These are really good quality winter boots, very elegant and can go from jeans to skirts. They are very well made and well insulated inside with really warm and soft fleece-like material. They are actually too warm for Boston winter and they run about 1/2 size smaller. I am a very reliable 7M but feel a bit snug both length-wise and width-wise, absolutely no room for socks. I will have to return them.

I loved these boots. They are stylish enough for a winter boot yet very warm. The only problem is that the top of the zippers is not clamped down well so there were sharp tongs of metal that scraped my legs when I zipped them all the way up. This is really disappointing since I thought I had found a sturdy good looking pair of winter boots finally!

This is my first order on Zappos. Great looking boots, but too small in the calf. Not really 13.5 circumference. Such a shame to have to return them.

Attractive boots. Fairly comfortable. Biggest problem: heels and soles have no treads or traction. Slippery when wet. I am going to just buy La Canadienne from now on.

I ordered 3 pairs of boots from Zappos and this was my favorite. Really nicely lined, true to fit, and appeared to be very high quality. Definitely looked more expensive than actual price. Looked great when worn over or under my jeans.

Great boot, especially for visits to Canada! Warm, good looking, comfortable, looks great with jeans tucked in. I reordered a half size down from my usual, but I'm often between sizes so that might not be necessary for everyone.

Deena 2 - Great Boot!I have worn Santana boots for over ten years. I bought two pairs of Deena 2 this year, in both the black patent leather and the Burgundy. They both are wonderful looking boots, and I am constantly being asked where I purchased them. The foot size is 1/2 size smaller than my normal shoe size, but they run small in leg size. I can get the zipper to work, but they are tight and will need to stretch. I can't recommend them high enough!
