These sandals are everything others have posted. Just great overall! The leather straps are very comfortable and soft, as is the suede pillow footbed. They do run wide, as other reviewers mentioned, so the 9 med was perfect for my usually 9 W feet. I ordered the 9 W, just in case, and ended returning them since my foot slipped forward right out of them. Since the straps are soft leather, I was concerned they would stretch out and be too wide. But I've worn them 20+ times this summer, and they have not stretched out at all and still fit perfectly. I have the Tuscany color, and find they go perfect with so many outfits, capris, dresses, shorts, jeans. They can be dressed up or down. If I didn't already buy white and black sandals in a local store, I'd be buying Softspots Sybil in those colors too. They style is so versatile. If I were to say anything negative, it would be that the soft suede footbed has started to bunch up a bit between my toes and ball of my foot. But it neither shows while wearing them, nor does it bother me. These sandals have become the mainstay of my summer wardrobe. Zappos is the best to deal with! I'm so glad I found them and have told many friends about this great site. :)

I tried 3 different sizes and it just didn't work for me. The arch didn't hit me in the right place. I like the look and have had Softspots before so I will try another style.

Cool new looks make sandal more city than trail -
This sandal is great!! When I opened the box, my husband said "Those are the best looking Keen shoes I've seen!" The swooped design of the straps makes the shoe more stylish & feminine than the Newports and they do not have as large a rubber toe guard - they look great sightseeing, museum touring, shopping, etc. They are also cooler than Newports due to the more open strap design. I do not think I'd go on an extensive trail hike in the Mystics -- they are not quite as supportive as Newports because you can't fully cinch down the straps all around your foot -- they are more like a sandal/MaryJane hybrid. I did have to put in some small arch support pads (FootSmart sells a very handy set of adjustable arch pads) because they did not have enough support for my arch - I fastened them down with double-sided tape. I found the Mystics run more true to size than Newports -- I could take my normal size 8 1/2 instead of the 9's I need in Newports. I agree with other writers that the buckle is small and can sometimes be hard to work but mine are getting easier as I use the buckles more. All in all, a fabulous shoe!

More than I hoped for -
I have been wanting these shoes for at least a year and recently bought them before a trip. They were virtually brand new when I went on a four day vacation that included a lot of walking. By the end of the vacation they hurt a bit in a few spots, but I was expecting that in the breaking in process. I would recommend buying "wide" shoes if your feet are at all wider than normal.

This is my daughter's second pair of Ugg Tasmina. She wore out the first pair wearing them around campus in South Carolina. Says they keep her feet cool and comfortable even on the hottest SC days. No breaking in period - these flip flops can be worn right out of the box. Thanks Zappos!

If you don't have problems with your joints, these are great shoes. A little more shock absorption would be nice, but overall they can be worn all day with minimal problems. These look great with anything: slacks, skirts, jeans, etc.

Really cute dressy flat -
I have hunted for months to find a dressy flat and kudos to Zappos for there helpful people who suggested this style! [I have a problem swollen ankle since breaking it several years ago, and most shoes are too uncomfortable that are not mules.] This is the perfect shoes. A nice nonslip sole! And a roomy toe. Thanks, Zappos. I ordered all colors.

Quite annoying NOISE makers, they will hear you coming!
These sandals whoosh with every step you take. Almost like they're passing gas. I guess it's the pillow bed, but don't care how comfortable they are, the whooshing noise is too much for me. They are going back.

I loved the look of these shoes and having worn Simple shoes before was eager to get them. The first day I wore them I was really pleased. They were comfortable throughout an entire day on my feet at work and looked great with a casual dress. They'd also look good with slacks. The insole massages your feet when you walk. Wish they came in more colors!

Love this Sandal -
I really like the look of this sandal. I have had compliments on how well it looks on my foot. I am older but both my daughter and daughter in law thought it was a really cute shoe. The only problem I am having is that it is a little big. The back strap slips on my thinner heel. I don't think a narrower shoe would work any better and would be too tight in the toe.

I needed a new pair judging by the hip, knee and shin pain that started with my year old adidas pair. After bouncing around Sports Authority and DSW trying on about 3 dozen shoes or more, these were the only pair that felt so good putting on your foot and didn't aggravate the existing pain I was having and actually felt like it help diminish the discomfort I was having from the past couple of runs. Saucony had another pair that had a better heel cushion that I debated on, but sometimes too soft isn't good (made that mistake before) and I couldn't beat the comfortable fit of this shoe in general (and the look!). I'm not 100% on having enough heel cushion, but I do know that the hip, shin and knee pain have disappeared instantly and each run gets better. I have a high arch and the support is not the best but better then a lot of shoes and enough to get me to buy them. All in all, I think I made a good choice and I think they're definitely worth investigating depending on your foot and your needs. Good luck!

Great Comfort!
These shoes are great! I have a herniated disc in my back. These are the only shoes I can wear that don't seem to make the pressure worse in my back. They make me almost feel like I am walking on air.

Strange heel placement -
The soles were comfy, the webbing so-so on one foot. But mainly, the heel placement was odd for my tastes. I'm not a heel person, and I'm used to them at the back of the heel. This was near the middle-front of the heel. I found it hard to stay balanced, especially on carpet.

I like the shoes; however, I don't think they are quite as good looking as the picture. Also I didn't think they were as comfortable as most of your Clarks are. (This could have been my fault tho as I have been having problems with my feet swelling a little.)

I am not sure how to even explain it, but the shoe is oddly sized. I was so disappointed because the shoes are cute! The shoe was just very awkward in its fit. I envy those who were able to get a size that fit right. Certain spots were too wide, too long, etc.

A beautiful shoe. I have the gold pair. They are perfect with the dress I ordered them to wear with. The soles are slick, so you'll have to add some tread or rough them up. I would order other colors, since they are such fun shoes.
