My husband bought these shoes for me in a size 9, which is usually the perfect size for me. I exchanged them for a 9.5 because the toe box and the back portion that touches your heel felt a little tighter than other Sam Edelmans. Pretty comfortable for such a bold pump. Fair warning though, they are heavy heels what with the studs and stones.

For all of you that can walk in 4in+ shoes, I envy you! I absolutely adore these shoes but I cannot walk in them. So if u are able to walk in these high high heels these are the best.

These are so gorgeous and awesome, a major head turner! I get tons of compliments when I wear them. The quality of this product was way better than the picture shoes and Zappos services was the best as usual. I'm happy!

Love the look, love the workmanship. Top quality. The only issue is these run a bit small. The suede is stiff so it will last long but there is no breathing room. I had to order a size up. Also, the spikes on the back are terrific and really well made. It does make the shoe heavy. Love the shoe!

I love this shoe! It is beautiful in person, and while I have read other reviews that said that the studs came off after wear, in my initial spin around the house, they seemed pretty sturdy. Maybe if the heels of your feet rub when you walk it might not be the right shoe for you, but with the 4" heel I probably wouldn't be doing a ton of walking in them anyway! Unfortunately I had to send mine back because there was a slight mixup with my order, but customer service was incredibly polite and helpful on the phone. I will definitely be shopping with Zappos again!

These are gorgeous and I have gotten a ton of compliments. The shoe, however, is a little tall so don't expect to dance the night away in these shoes! Also, they slipped on my heel when worn with tights, but when worn barefoot, they don't slip at all. Very pleased. Hot shoe!

These shoes are insanely gorgeous, but these are not comfortable. I can wear my best heels for 8 hours, so it's not that I can't walk in heels, these just aren't comfortable. The backs are super wide, so I had to get inserts which still didn't completely solve the problem. Additionally, the backs aren't high enough, so I find myself walking out of them. All of that being said, I'm not hiking mountains in them so I'll make them work. Fashion over function as they say!

These are gorgeous shoes, but they are too small. I have other Sam Edelman shoes in size 8½, but this 8½ would not even go on my foot. Order half a size up.

These shoes look amazing but definitely run small. I thought the platform would make these relatively comfortable, but something just felt off with the vamp on these shoes, so I returned them without ordering the next size up. For the price I expect them to be a bit more comfortable.

I have a huge collection of Sam Edelman shoes and have been eying these for a while. I have very narrow feet and while I usually wear a 9, I seem to need a 9.5 in pumps lately after a foot injury. These really did not fit well despite ordering up a size. Something about the shape of the footbed just didn't agree with me. They aren't nearly as heavy as expected and are awesome looking, but they had to go back due to the fit.

Bought these in black and wore them once, 2 stone came off. :-( So bummed as I loved them. When I returned them to get a new pair the girl in the shop told me that I was not the first to have returned them because of this problem. I took a refund.

It fits great and looks even better. I wore them twice and have had 4 stones fall out and are lost! I am disappointed in the way they are secured to the shoe considering the overall quality and reputation of Edelman.

These heels are fab! However, when I opened my box I notice one stud was missing. I would think the company will provide additional studs for the purpose, like suits come with an extra button. Since Zappos has no more ruby red's I'm going to keep them and search for some studs. Sam Edelman has great shoes but for the price of these the studs shouldn't be missing or easy to come off. I have to give the Zappos family two thumbs up because their customer service is the best I ever had. Shipping was fast and calling customer service was an experience. Once you shop here and experience their customer service it's hard to shop on other websites or stores.

I just bought the nudes and they look hot! My legs look twice as long. They are not comfortable at all.
