I really love these shoes! I must admit that I had a pair when I was a kid, so when I saw they had these for adults, I has to get a pair. I wear an 8.5, so I was afraid the woman's 8 would be too small, at first it was snug but as the packaging points out, it should fit that way and not be oversized. They conform to the foot after a day of wear, and now they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have. The only problem is that I have not been able to order the brown because it keeps selling out right away in my size.

Do not buy these if your child has wide feet or a high arched foot. My wide-footed daughter cannot fit her foot into the front strap area (and the shoe would still be too long) - she usually wears a 10.5 and I ordered a 10. My little girl with a high arch wears a 7.5 normally and the size 7 can just barely fit the top of her foot, but her toes don't reach past the front straps. She loves the shiny pink fuchsia though and I'm letting her wear them to hopefully stretch them out a bit prior to Easter. They are darling and nostalgic, I just wish the fit were different. Stride Rite has great options for feet like theirs.

I am an adult and I bought a pair because they look so darn cute. Well, they are moderately comfortable (I usually wear Birkenstocks) and they visually widen the foot. Really, this is not a sophisticated choice for an adult. I should know better.

I love these sandals! I was looking for a simple, gold sandal for the summer and these are perfect. One word of warning - they are a little uncomfortable during the first couple of wears - the stitching on the inside of the shoe was rubbing the bottom of my feet - but if you continue to get them wet (as directed) and wear them, they break in really nicely.

I bought the red and they're adorable. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 and in these sandals my toes were right at the edge of the sandal. My daughter wears an 8 or 8.5 so I had her try them on and they fit her perfectly. I've just reordered them for myself in a 10 and I can't wait for them to get here!

Comfortable and slightly big. I normally wear a 7.5 and these fit! So go up a size if you are normally a half size! Bought them in Black too! The black were more stretched out, they felt wider than the red.
