Great looking shoe. Got it as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves them. Got the wide version as she has wide feet even in the heel. She said fit great, trying them out this weekend!

Avid hiking friends, veterans of the at and much more, made a few recommendations. We ended up with this shoe because it comes in a wide. Very pleased with the fit and the fast lace method.

I was looking for a comfortable pair of trail sneakers that didn't look like the usual brands available at big box stores. These shoes have more than exceeded my expectations. First off, order a half size DOWN from your shoe size. I wear a size eight, and a seven and a half is just right for me. These shoes have gone on long walks/hikes on various surfaces in Hawaii with no complaints from my feet, no break-in needed. These shoes were also light enough for me to run across the Minneapolis Airport to catch a connecting flight. They also excelled in TSA lines where the speed laces silenced grumpy, whiny patrons who thought I would hold up the line! Nyah!!. Most importantly, if your feet swell on airplanes as mine do, the width and speed laces will be a welcome relief. Terrific shoe!!

These shoes are terrific in rain. They are comfortable in the toe box and lower foot. I am very sensitive and I found the back a little stiff so I used a Band-Aid. I suspect they will break in and feel better.
