We bought these for my 9 year old son to take to summer camp and do lots of running and hiking and camping. I don't think they came off his feet. They look great, feel good to him. Ya-hoo.

My son had another pair of bungee style shoes that he loved -- but I hated. These ones we both love! He thinks they're comfortable and I think they look cool. It's a win-win.

These shoes are very comfortable and look just as nice as they do on the picture! I bought these for my son and he loved them. The best part is that I do not see too many people wearing this type of shoe. I like it when what I wear is not too popular!

Bought these for my son age 9. He normally needs a wide for the shoe to be comfortable. These we bought a half size larger in the normal (medium) width and a month later he still loves them. Great fit, great look. Zappos shipping and customer service is awesome!

My 9-year old son picked these out and he's pretty happy with them. I had hoped that the laces would make it quicker and easier for him to get them on/off, but I don't think they're any faster than regular laces. And he ends up with a lot of excess lacing that he ends up weaving through the laces - making it that much tougher to loosen them up later. I think we'll go with regular laces next time. He does really like the look of them and, once he gets them on, they work well.
