Great shoe, especially for a flat footed woman who pronates. Runs small and not for a wide foot. But is lightweight and comfortable and still has enough support to not have my flat foot cave in. I bought both colors. Extremely comfortable and fits like it was custom designed for my foot problem. Definitely recommend for anyone with flat feet who has tried everything, as I have.

These are flattering, which is no small consideration at size 10! They are stylish, and ultra-light. They are very nice all-around athletic shoes. I am not sure the sole would grip on wet surfaces very well, but for most uses these are good shoes.

Absolutely love them! I'm on my feet for 4+ hours after a full day of school and on the weekends and my feet have no complaints. I just wish I had found them sooner. Get em! they fit great and your feet will thank you! Never again will I buy a pair of Nike tennis shoes.

Love these shoes. The flat sole provides great stability and they are wide in the toe box (yet they lack the boxy look that usually comes with wider shoes). I wear insoles (green superfeet), but my feet actually feel good in these shoes without the insoles. Yes, they could have a little more support, but as I tend to wear down shoes on the outside (underpronate?) it is a great combination of support and stability. I actually bought these because I had an old pair of Run/Lo's that I loved so I called Ryka to see what the comparable model was. They directed me to this model which worked great - by the way Ryka's Customer Support was awesome! The shoes are a little retro looking, but they grow on you and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. I can wear these shoes all day and my feet feel pretty darn good at the end of the day (especially compared to other shoes I own...and these are probably the cheapest pair out of all of them).

I have been buying sneakers from Zappos for many years. The free shipping and no sales tax are great incentives! During these years, I have had only one problem that was resolved speedily and to my complete satisfaction. The Ryka Regulate fit well, was not heavy and is in fun colors. Thanks, Zappos.

Brands I'd also recommend: I love Ryka sneakers. They have a narrow ankle and a wide toe, and fit perfectly.

I love these shoes. I work in a nursing home and am on my feet for 12 hours a day and never have sore feet.

I have been looking for a running shoe that doesn't look like something my grandfather would wear or that cost me $$$. I have flat feet and overpronate. Ryka Regulate is wonderful! Fashionable in a retro kind of way, the price is great and the support is good. Not great, but good enough for some running and power walking. I am not a fast/strong runner I run a 5k yearly and then maintain my workout with a walk/run combo. I normally wear a size 9.5 and I'll go up to a 10 for my running shoe, I orderd a 10 and it fits the way I want my running shoe to fit. For my more serious training I'll pull out my grandpa shoes but for everything else these's shoes are my favorite!

Cute shoe but, the left shoe is obviously bigger than the right...Nothing that can be over looked. I tried but, after 4 x's wearing them [on the treadmill 8 miles later] it drove me nuts. I was obsessing over it. Sadly, I wore them too many times to feel right about returning them. I'll use them for my weight training secessions. I ordered a pair of Asics for running.

I ordered this show in 1/2 size larger and it fits great. It has a pretty wide toe base and feels good on my foot even though I recently had bunion surgery.

I am very happy with these shoes. They are comfortable and support my feet very well. I have not had the opportunity to run in them yet, but I am very much looking forward to it. The only warning that I have is that my actual shoe size is a 5-5.5 and I ordered a 6 and they fit great. I think that someone with a larger foot would say that they are at least a half size too small.
