I got these specifically for walking my dogs. I'm a fast walker. Wow, are they comfortable. And they also felt really supportive in all the right places. Usually, I add in arch supports, but I see no need here. I wear a 9 or a 9 1/2, but I got a 9 here.

I usually take a 10 so I bought a 10 1/2, too small in toe area, narrow and too shallow. I need height in toe area to breathe. I forgot to try on socks. But with 10 1/2 it is impossible to put on socks. I wish they made it in a wider width.

Wonderful shoe for step aerobics. The shoe has great support and cushioning. I have worn Rykas for years and they do not wear out easily. Note: I always order a half of a size larger for extra toe room.

The shoes I ordered were the right size, color, etc. I received them so quickly that I was amazed. These are the only shoes I can wear all day and have my feet not hurt at the end of the day.

I normally love Ryka shoes and got these to replace an older pair. However, they were a disappointment. First, what works: the shoes were (for me) true to size and just the right width; they also gave good support. However, there was so little cushioning in the soles that I ended up stopping a workout halfway through on the first day I got them and put in some Spenco insoles. Today was Day Three, and the shoes are so uncomfortable that I've decided to send them back. By the end of 45 minutes of an aerobic workout, the balls of my feet are painful and my knees begin to hurt. It was like exercising on concrete. I'll have to see if there's another current Ryka style that will work better.

My other two Ryka styles were very narrow. This one is actually wide. The tongue pleats up when tied tight enough. Otherwise good support and very comfortable.

Love these shoes. My last few pairs of Rykas haven't lived up to my expectations, but these do! Like the look, feel, price! Only downside, I wish the arch support was a bit better. Overall, a great shoe.
