I was so upset to learn that Ryka had discontinued the popular N Gage Innovation Run. I called Ryka, and the customer service representative pointed me toward the Pursuit 2 and assured me that it would be very similar. I ordered the Pursuit 2 from Zappos the very same day, and received the shoes a couple of days later. I love them! They are very similar to the N Gage, but not identical. As normal, Ryka runs about 1/2 size small so it was no shock that the 8.5 just fit me (I wear between an 8 and 8.5). If you are in between sizes, order 1/2 up. If you are exactly the same size no matter what, order 1/2 size up. Fantastic shoes for a great price, and you can't beat Zappos shipping!

Do not listen to the first reviewer's siren song! I ordered 1/2 size up and the shoes are like huge boats! I like their lightness and it seems like they have great support. I just can't get them to fit, no matter how closely I lace them, so they end up hurting my feet when I run. I wasted the purchase cost!

I regulary buy Ryka athletic shoes as they are the best fitting, most supportive, and longest lasting I have found. These shoes run about 1 size larger than my street shoes, so be sure to take that into account when ordering. I wear an 8 street shoe and always order a 9 Ryka, and they fit perfectly.

Please be aware that this shoe is only appropriate if you are an overpronator - it is quite tilted at the heel to encourage supination. I am an underpronator, so this shoe wasn't right for my foot. However, I do recommend it to overpronators. It is very well cushioned, the toe box is very generous, and the mesh is very forgiving - so I think it would accommodate a variety of foot widths. Very comfortable shoe for the right foot.

These are very comfortable on my long, narrow feet. I have a narrow heel and high instep, and these fit great. I do have to tighten the laces so much that they pucker a little at the base of the tongue, but these shoes are light, fit well, and even look cute. (I have a size 9; I usually wear 8 or 8.5 in most shoes. Sizing was similar to Nikes I have owned.)

I love these sneakers, my feet haven't been this happy in a while. I overpronate slightly and due to using wrong type of running sneaker (I used neutral) I started to develop a quiet uncomfortable and sometimes painful bunion. I got these stability shoes in size 8 even thought I'm usually 7 1/2, a good idea since apparently one of the causes of the above mentioned bunion seems to be not enough room in the toe box. I definitely recommend these.

Best shoes I've ever had! I have flat feet, and these shoes support my foot completely with no special inserts or extra support devices. I'm on my feet all day at work and these shoes keep my feet dry and comfortable! I bought both styles and would highly recommend them to anyone!

After wearing Ryka water shoes for a year, I bought the Ryka pursuit and it's just as comfy and well fitting. I've recommended them and Zappos to many friends who also love them. Fantastic service, as usual. Good work!

Most uncomfortable, hard bottom shoe I have ever owned. Tongue of shoe comes up too high and top sides of shoe dig into ankles, can barely stand to wear them. Got blisters on both feet where bottom insole meets side of shoe also. Should have sent back.

I bought two pair at the same time and they're my first with the brand but won't be my last! This is a great brand made with a woman's foot in mind. I'm an overpronator and this shoe provides great support. It's a running shoe but great for all activities.

Nice shoe for mild plantar fasciitis; very light weight and comfortable. A little more cushioning would be a welcome addition but overall very comfortable and true to size fit.

This is a great shoe, but probably not for someone with "heel spurs". The heel is not soft at all, otherwise a very good shoe.

The heel is not as cushioned as I expected. While the lacing design was good, as well as the style of the shoes, it did not feel like the comfortable Ryka fit that I am used to. Zappos is still a great service which I will utilize.

These sneakers did not support my flat, overpronating feet at all. The bottom was uncomfortable and not cushioned enough. This shoe would probably work for someone without any foot issues, but not for a moderate overpronator. I ended up giving them away to someone and bought the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11 sneaker instead.

I like the shoes very much and would recommend them. I do agree with other reviews regarding not a lot of cushioning in the heel. This is the 5th pair of Rykas and I love the brand. They are true to size and great support for my plantar fasciitis.

These are very cute shoes. They do have a narrow heel bed; so much so that my normal width foot gets blisters on my right inside heel when I run. They do support the feet, but they did not stop my pronation as well as other running shoes have. Overall, I'm glad I tried them and will keep them because they are cute to wear casually, but they are not the best for me for running.
