I wear a size 10.5 and have a Morton's Neuroma on one foot. This condition causes my toes to throb and burn at night if I wear the wrong shoe. I purchased and returned 6 pairs of shoes until I found these. (So happy that Zappos makes returns so easy!) I think these shoes run true to size, but I ordered an 11, and the fit was great - my foot stays in place and there is plenty of toe room. I am a fit 54-year-old woman, and I fitness-walk 5 miles every day. I am so pleased with these shoes that I ordered another pair because my feet are so hard to fit. Have always worn NB for the wide toe box, but these fit the bill even better. And for all you large-footed women out there, they make my feet look smaller! Love these Rykas and love Zappos!
