These are very comfortable and stylish. I only tried them in my carpeted bedroom. I had to return them though, because the right shoe had a scuff toward the end of the shoe and on the strap, plus there were some black stains. Other than these anomalies, I would have kept the shoes. They have a beautiful design. I would give them five stars if it not for the one shoe with defects.

I took a chance on this one, because I was looking for a retro style with an ankle strap. I'm returning it. It looks cheap in the picture, and Zappos' pics apparently don't lie! The leather is stiff, the shoe doesn't seem very well-made, and it reminds me of the '80s (both in style and my ability to buy a nice shoe for only a little more)!

Beautiful and sexy shoes! Fits true to size, comfortable for the most part and great color. I must say, I do not recommend standing in these for long periods of time as they became quite painful. I plan to look into those pads for added comfort...

This is really a great shoe. I was looking for something that I could put custom arch supports into as well as something that wouldn't irritate the back of my heel and give me the dreaded pump bump. There aren't many shoes out there that fit the bill and are actually attractive, and this is one of them. Simply gorgeous. And comfortable too with my arch supports. Can't wait to wear them out... and the price is perfect!

Attractive shoe. Actually comfortable to wear. I purchased gel pads to use for better comfort but did not need them. I wear size 8, ordered 81/2 and they fit very well, no pinching. I would recommend these shoes.
