These are gorgeous shoes. I never thought I would have this issue, but they were huge! I literally could not wear them because they were sliding off my true size 11 feet. It was a shame because otherwise they were stunning. I had to wear another pair of shoes because I did not have time to exchange for a smaller size.

Love this shoe! The most comfortable heels I've ever worn. They fit my size 11's perfectly and they are very classy. Love Zappos, awesome customer service. I ordered this on Wednesday afternoon and was wearing them by Thursday evening. You guys are the best!

Disappointed. Was looking for a comfortable pump but this isn't it. Beautiful shoe to look at but not to wear. Heel is much higher than the stated 3" - closer to 4. And very uncomfortable, toes were squished. Will be returning. Sorry.

8.5 Standard Width, Navy. Beautiful shoe. Intended as bridal shoe. That is not a 'bow' on the bridge of the shoe - it is like a sash, starting on one side of the shoe and the bling is the holding the sash to the shoe. Does feel about half a size too big, will be ordering the 8's.

Really neat shoe! The heel is a bit higher than 3 inches. I measured and it's about 3.75 inches. I've only worn then around the house a few times to break them in and so far no complaints! The only thing that surprised me a little then I got them is the bow. It's flush to the shoe on the insides, then sown into the seam. In the picture you see detached fabric, but it's only on the outsides of the shoe, as shown. Not a bad surprise, still a very cute shoe!

Perfect sexy red shoes. I danced in them and found them not uncomfortable at all even though I don't usually wear a heel this high. Beautiful deep red that set off my LBD perfectly!

These are the most comfortable pumps (for the height) I've purchased in a very long time, and I have several. After a combination of walking and standing for 5 hours straight, I realized I still had them on an hour after coming home from church! The price was right, and I feel the value was commensurate. They are really very pretty, too, and have a classic look that will never go out of style...not too pointy, and not too high. Also, the whole order process, from online purchase to free delivery to my front door was such an enjoyable experience. I'm sold on Zappos!
