This is the first time I've ordered through this website. I love how they do the shipping, and I can track my order. I give that 5 stars. This shoe has no traction on the bottom of the shoe so I feel like I'm going to slide in them. That's an easy fix, I can buy the shoe tractions for heels and I knew this from the photo before I made the purchase. My feet are narrow, I typically wear a 9.5, these shoes are true to size. What I like is I can put inserts in them for extra cushion and if I got a 9 they would be too small and 10 would be too big. No arch support but once again I have enough room for inserts. The color is nice, fairly close to the picture. But I'm sure the material will get dirty easily. I ordered these shoes in yellow for my wedding. The style is perfect, just like the photo.

This shoe is really pretty and although the heel is higher than I normally wear, it doesn't feel wobbly at all. I usually wear an 8 (sometimes a 7.5) so I ordered the 8 but ended up needing the 7.5 in this shoe. But overall a super cute shoe, and Zappos is amazing!

These shoes are adorable. I bought them to go with a a semi formal little black dress and they gave my outfit the perfect pop of color that I needed. They are way more comfortable than I expected and well priced.
