I used it for more than two weeks and already can say that this is the Cadillac of cordless stick vacs! Suction is powerful, it is so easy to maneuver and hard to miss a spot. And the product is really stylish. Great vac for spot cleaning and daily uses!

This is my third steam station and I like it very much. One of my favorite features is that you can see the water level and another is that it has a "calc-away system" that tells you when to take out the scale collector and rinse away the scale. This is the first time I've had a station that does that and I expect that it will lengthen the life of the appliance. The unit heats up quickly and certainly irons faster and better than a conventional iron.

This product does not work well. It only steamed for 3-4 seconds then stopped. Waited 5 minutes and it spouted water and steam for another 2 seconds. Waited another 10 minutes and it spouted hot water and a little steam rose from the hand held spigot. Returned it to Zappos.

Purchased about a month ago. So far so good. Only negative is the short time in which the reservoir must be refilled. I purchased mainly for quilt piecing. The elongated nose is great for that, the quick warm up and quantity of steam is great. Just need to keep a filled water bottle nearby to refill the reservoir frequently.

Here we go again! Another Rowenta iron have to return to the store. This is a great iron and I thought I finally found the right one when all of a sudden it started to leak water like the rest of them. Why can't I find an iron that gives continuous steam that doesn't eventually start to leak after a half hour of ironing? Frustrating!

Rowenta Pro Master iron purchased from Zappos - both are excellent. This is my third Rowenta in 27 years - they last me about 9 years using it about three hours a week. After about 4 years the copper wire in the cord breaks from movement; replace and it might last forever.

The iron Rowenta, is a vast improvement over other irons I have had. Zappos delivered quickly and the price was in line with others. Thank you.

This is a much better iron than my cheap previous one. Lots of steam. My only irritation is that it turns off while I am using it and then it leaks water. No, I do not iron for long durations nor leave it sitting while on. While it stays on I do not have any problem with it leaking, so I have learned to watch for when it turns off and I unplug for a few seconds then plug in again and all is well.

Super frustrated with this. I have a Rowenta iron which is fantastic and thought this would be the same, but the brush that is a necessary attachment keeps falling off. The plastic parts don't fit snugly, so it falls off at the slightest use. Steams great, but the brush helps pull the wrinkles out of the fabric, so you really need it. Makes it impossible to use well. I'm returning this item.

Horrible iron. I've had it for about four months now. The auto steam control won't stay on steam, it slides to the off position. The heat element also doesn't have a constant heat. It seems to cool way down before heating up again. You have to re-iron areas that didn't get hot enough. Cheap iron. Don't waste your money!
