Pros: Very lightweight. Thin grip makes this an excellent iron for people with RA. Produces lots of steam! The manual sprayer is awesome. It is aimed perfectly so that where you point your iron is where the spray actually goes. (None of my previous irons sprayed where the iron was pointed - making the feature worthless.) Cons: Water tank is small and requires frequent refills. (This is one of the reasons the iron is so light weight. So it's a trade off. I would rather have to fill the water tank than have a heavier iron.) The tank is dark blue on this iron and that makes it very difficult to see the water level. The "Auto Off" light flashes when you are ironing sometimes. I think that indicates that the iron is heating. Documentation on how the iron works leaves a lot of things out. (Like the above point.)

My wife has gone through many many irons in our 50 odd years of marriage; This is the best one by far. I keep hearing, I love this iron! Ergonomically well balanced and at a good weight. She claims that she gets her ironing done much faster. Well worth the money!

Cord Reel feature does not work. It takes several tries to get the cord to stay out and then doesn't wind up well to store either. Performance is jerky and takes several times to get the cord to retract. Steam is not enough. I am sorry I wasted my money. I don't recommend the DW2090 Effective Comfort Cord Reel Iron.

This is a very sleek, easy to maneuver, light vacuum, so in those regards it's fantastic. The suction isn't quite as powerful as I expected so I often need to go over parts of the floor or rug many times. It requires a little patience. The motor is quiet which is a big plus because it doesn't scare my little girl. Overall, it's a 5 star vacuum, just not intended for major cleaning jobs.

I am a quilter and I also sew garments. I use an iron almost every day. I have owned everything from $10.00 irons to $150.00. I have to tell you this is the very best that I have ever owned. Lots of steam and love the easy just off, from dry to steam. Lots of heat, wouldn't trade it.

I love this iron. The steam output is phenomenal and as a result gets all the wrinkles out. It is a bit heavy, but I've had lighter irons that don't work near as well as this one. The only downfall I can see is that it is a little awkward to fill the iron with water. Other than that it's great.

I have owned four of the DW9080 models over a five or six year period and I generally love the iron for the features that have been mentioned in some of the other reviews; However, what I am not happy about is the durability and reliability. I currently have my third and fourth one of this model and one leaks and the other has just stopped heating up. Given the price of this unit and with my less than expected performance out of it, I am seriously considering trying a different brand to see if there is the same or better features with durability. I have no issue with the price as long as I am completely satisfied with the performance and so far I have become frustrated after trying this many.

The greatest iron you'll ever use. It's certainly professional grade, but as long as you're okay with ironing with something heavy duty then you'll love it. The constant steam feature and how hot it gets will iron absolutely anything. If you iron long sleeve button downs at least once a week this iron will be worth the money.

I received this Rowenta iron today and I loved this iron. It had a little crack on the side of it but it didn't affect the performance of the iron. It irons beautifully to the point that I ironed everything in my closet. Yes, I loved the iron and Zappos also. So thank you Zappos as always.

I love my Iron!! I Iron every day, so I need an Iron that will get the job done. My mom had one that I broke, but only cause I'm too hard on things ( I dropped it too many times). And it finally ironed its last shirt. The only bad thing is it doesn't have an automatic on/off switch, so you have to remember to turn it off.

Amazing. The finest iron I've ever used...instant heat, clean steady steam, wide, easily guided surfaces, perfect ergonomics. Delivered immediately. A+.

Best travel iron on the market. I work with a company who travels and I was told about this steamer being the best and I have taken it with me on 5 business trips and it works wonderfully and fits right in the suitcase. Would recommend to everyone.

Bought this for my mom who has had carpal tunnel surgery, and is an avid quilter. She really likes it and says it is pretty. The water does not need refilled as often as other irons, and in one pass, it smoothly eliminates wrinkles on most fabric. Her only complaint was that it is heavier than expected however.

Would be nice to have a bigger area covered by the head. Picks up dirt and cat hair really well. Doesn't hold charge as long as it says.

Pretty good iron for the money. Produces a good amount of steam with is important to me, and not something I've managed to get with a cheaper iron.

Great little iron at 1/2 the cost of Amazon! Did an excellent job for a lightweight iron (former Rowenta professional bit the dust in a fall onto tile floor). Knew the 1 day business shipping might be compromised because of Christmas but it was at my house 2 days earlier than expected! Awesome!

Good iron for the price. I've had other Rowenta irons in the past, and there is a difference since they are now made in China. Seem not to be the same quality.

Great investment! Is cutting my ironing time in half; at least. The amount and power of steam is impressive. As other reviews said this doesn't have a power cord so you just need to un-plug it when you are done. Which is safer anyway.

This is a pure delight to use! Yes, it takes time to heat up and you don't have a water window, but my goodness, what a great job it does! Sweaters and jeans iron up so fast and tops with 'collar and cuffs' have finally met their match! Love this unit.

Doesn't get wrinkles out of most fabrics (only very light ones). Needs to be refilled about 4x for each garment. Wish I would have bought mine at Zappos so I could return it!
