The leather on this shoe is beautiful, and the style is classic - other than the really goofy heel. Had to return because I just couldn't get past that.

I didn't like the quality of these shoes at all or the look of them on my feet. They just seemed very cheap (quality-wise) for the price. These look and feel a lot like the cheap ballerina flats I got for less from Target last year, so that was disappointing. They feel like they're made of cardboard! :( I still love Zappos though! How awesome that I can return these for free and I'm not out on any shipping costs! :)

Very comfortable and stylish loafer. Just a little narrower than expected but I expect it to stretch a bit. Love the unusual heel! I look for a little "unusual something" in my shoes - just enough to make them a little different. Most of my shoes are pretty much classed as loafers. This one really fits the bill. Very happy with it.

I like the RH brand and have several pairs that I wear a lot, but this shoe was very stiff at the heel and tight in the toe box. I had to return it.

These shoes are better than I expected. They look narrower than they fit and are easy to wear all day. Plus, the price was not as exorbitant as Zappos usually is.
