Nice, good quality, well-made boot. Top was a bit too loose so I chose to return. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last order with Zappos. I feel like when I first started ordering, if I had to return, they were by air and now they are by ground. From the time I sent the boots back to the time the credit will actually hit my bank account will be 3 weeks. It is just too long to be out the cash, particularly when it is a large purchase.

Ordered the 6½ WW; did not even go up half my calf. I have the David Tate Denver and the RSVP, both fit me well. Wanted a "real" leather boot, but this one was a big disappointment.

I absolutely love these boots! My calves are 17" wide and I usually can never wear knee high boots. These fit perfectly around my calves. They do run a little big but I kept the size I ordered in case I want to wear a think sock. They are super comfortable and sexy too! I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone.

After leaving the department store and thinking I would never be able to wear a pair of knee high boots, I must say thank you Zappos! These boots are excellent! I have a huge calf and thought none would fit until I found this pair. I love them. They are super comfortable and worth every penny!

These are very nice-looking boots and really do fit a wide calf more so than others listed for wide calves on Zappos. I had to return them because the heel was too high for me, and I felt like there was no cushion or support for the balls of my feet. If you're used to high heels, then you likely won't have the same problem.

They are so pretty and fit my calves great. I have big calves, and the wide shaft did not work on my right leg, but these work well on both of my calves.

Great fit and nice soft leather. I have a wide foot and an extremely wide calf, such that when regular boots say wide shaft, they still don't fit. These boots zip up nicely and look great too!

These are fantastic boots! They are very stylish and have a good heel. My only complaint is that if you have very large calves - these, even in the extended calf size, may not fit. Mine did not. I have extremely large calves and alas, these had to go back.

I received these boots for Christmas and I love them! I usually wear a size 8 and have a size 17 in calf. I got them in a regular width 8 and I have enough room to put pants comfortable inside the boot. Zappos please continue to sell boots from Ros Hommerson in the Wide and Wide Wide calf sizes. I had a very, very hard time finding all leather wide calf boots and I wasn't too sure about the other website I found that sells this brand. As always my Zappos service was perfect, friendly and helpful! Hope this helps!

All my life I've never been able to wear boots above the middle of my calf due to its size of 17 3/4. Still, every winter I try on what seems like thousands of boots to find that magic pair that may fit. This year, after much dismay at my local shoe stores, I thought I'd give ordering this boot a try and am I glad I did! It fits perfectly! I love these boots! I measured my calf and picked these out accordingly and they fit perfectly. I can wear them with leggings, tights and skinny jeans. I definitely have wide calves and have a hard time finding boots. They have a bit taller heel than I would like for wearing for more than a few hours while standing or walking but the look is worth it. I would like a bit more padding in the foot bed. I'm 5'8" and I wish these came up a bit higher on my calves. They do not go up all the way to my knees.

I have a very hard time finding wide-shaft boots that are actually wide in the shaft but not in the foot, so when I saw these were a 19 1/2 shaft and came in a regular width, I hesitated only for a moment due to price and the fact that they were real leather. I'm glad I gave them a shot, they fit like a dream. I will say that the shaft would fit UP TO a 19 1/2 calf. I have an 18 1/2 calf and these zipped right up over my jeans (size 8.5, reg. width), but with not much room to spare (they also were a little short, hitting about 1.5 inches below my knee, and I'm only 5'4. ;) I will be keeping these as they're a classic style and will look great with skirts and dresses as well as jeans. They also seem like they'll be comfortable to walk around in, but only time will tell for that...they were great around the house at least!

This is a beautiful boot with a wide shaft for your calf. I have had problems with finding a boot to fit my 17 3/4 calves but these do with plenty of room to tuck in jeans. I absolutely love them.

Like many of you, I was excited at the prospect of finally finding a stylish boot to fit my thick ankles and 18.25 inch calves. Despite the description of a 19.5 inch shaft circumference, these boots needed at least another 1/2 inch if I was going to be able to zip them up. Furthermore, each boot had discolorations in the leather: some obvious, others more noticeable when the light hit just right. Almost like they were rubbed by something, or stained with oil. Someone in quality control wasn't doing his/her job! Needless to say they're going back, and my search for a boot that fits continues...
