I ordered these late Saturday night and they arrived at my home early Monday afternoon. The shoe is true to size with other Ros Hommerson\'s I\'ve purchased. I ordered the WW width and found them to be very roomy without pinching anywhere. The extra padding makes for a comfortable wearing experience. The suede insert at the ball of the foot is quite nice and prevents the foot from slipping forward.

The heel height and look are great. I found I had to return these because my toes landed in exactly the wrong spots on the straps and my toes popped out in between. Not the look I was going for. Would have kept them otherwise. I had no problem with the width.

I usually wear W, but I ordered WW because the reviews say this item runs narrow. Guess what. WW only felt like M, which means these shoes run not only one size narrow but two or more sizes narrow! Though the straps are soft enough to expand and cover my feet, the footbed/insole itself is way too narrow that, walking in these shoes, I feel as if I'm gonna fall. What a shame. Other than this problem, such gorgeous sandals.

I usually wear size E, but because reviews on this website suggest that these run narrower, I ordered EE, yet they still only felt like a B. This means that these shoes don't only run a size narrow, but 2 or three!!! Unfortunately this prevents people like me with wide feet from wearing these gorgeous sandals. Ros Hommerso, you need to remember that there are many people out there with wide feet who would also like to buy these shoes.

I love the shoe, it is very elegant, and the low heel makes it easy to walk. I have very wide feet in addition to bunions, so the thin straps at the front are not ideal for my type of foot. A little less strappy would have been better for me.

Perfect for those of us who want a delicate, dressy shoe without a sky-high heel. I spent 11 hours in these dancing and standing around at a wedding -- super comfy and very cute.
Was searching for a silver shoe to wear to my wedding. This shoe was a little tight across the toes (and I have narrow feet) and did not look as good as I had hoped, especially where all the straps cross in the front. I felt that it would quickly become uncomfortable. The length felt true to size, though.

These shoes are really cute and flattering on my wide foot. I wore them to a class reunion and they were comfortable, too, even for dancing! It was a long evening and my feet never hurt! I love them!

I ordered these shoes for my son's wedding--they were great! I wore them all night even though I brought a pair of flats "just in case." I have such a hard time finding dressy shoes in a wide width. I also ordered a different pair of Ros Hommerson shoes (slightly different style) in a D width. They were way too narrow. These were an E width and they were perfect. So listen to all of the reviews that say these shoes run narrow. They do! But having said that, I was able to get a pair of shoes that fit comfortably and looked great.

I bought these in silver for a wedding I’m going to be in, so I won’t be able to give an accurate review until June. What I CAN say right now is that these shoes run extremely narrow, and I had to exchange them for W width (which I NEVER use!). Zappos was, as usual, excellent! I also find my feet shift around; hopefully Foot Petals will fix the problem.

I bought this shoe to wear to my daughter's wedding; after looking everywhere in town I decided I would have to order on line. I have a crazy wide foot and needed something really special to wear with my mother of the bride dress.
