These shoes are pretty comfortable, though the top is a bit stiff. I wish the patent leather and kid leather were closer in color (as they are in the picture). This is my second pair of Ros Hommerson shoes, and I find the shoes both stylish and comfortable after many hours of wear.

This is a beautiful looking shoe, but it runs long, even for my big feet! So, I have to return this pair for the next 1/2 size smaller.

Reordered size 11-W, and it is a perfect fit. It's a very attractive shoe, with nice proportions and very rich brown leather tones. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and with customer service.

This shoe looks okay, though it makes my feet look even longer than they are. However, while the ball of foot fits well, the heel doesn't. There's more than enough room at the sole part of the heel, but the top of the heel curves in and cuts at my ankle right under the ankle bones. It seems maybe they're trying for a compromise for people who need the shoe to be wide at both ball of foot and heel, and people who only need extra width at ball of foot, like me. So the shoe is (too) roomy at the heel but then cuts into your ankle so it will stay on. I'm going to have to return them.

Very beautiful and classy shoes. I initially ordered a 11 1/2 because I find that Ros Hommersons run a bit smaller than others. I, however, had to reorder an 11 since the 11 1/2 was much too big. The 11 was a perfect fit.

Great shoe! I wear orthotics and they fit very well in this shoe. I also have a thick/wide foot and this shoe fits perfectly! I love this shoe and Zappos! It needs a bit more padding on the ball of the foot, but a gel insert works great.

I have a very difficult shoe size 10 to 10.5 N. Most of the time I have to make do with M. Most of the time my shoes can be so uncomfortable that they end up under a chair or table. These shoes fit me well enough where I didn't have to put in a heel piece and I didn't take them off. They were comfortable and they were just what I was looking for.

Like the reviewer from Arlington, VA, I found that "the top of the heel curves in and cuts at my ankle right under the ankle bones." In fact, after wearing them for several days, I had a sore that was 1" x 1/8" under each outer ankle where the edge rubbed against my skin, even though I was wearing nylons. Ouch! What a shame; it's such a pretty-looking shoe, but it is just not shaped the way I am constructed!

This is a beautiful shoe, however it runs a 1/2 size bigger than others. I ordered a 10 and they are too big for me. I'm stuck with them because I didn't return them in time. I'm trying to stuff the toe box so that I can wear them.
