Ros Hommerson's are the most comfortable, supportive shoe I've had in ages. If you need a heeled shoe for work or dress, this is a good choice. The best part, I wear a wide and these don't look like typical "wide" shoes which make my 7.5 feet look like they are in boxes. They make my feet look narrow.

I bought a pair in a shoe store but couldn't find any others and wanted more so came to Zappos. Of course, I found what I was looking for and more.

Wore the shoes a couple of times in the house prior to my daughter's recent wedding. Then wore them for 5 hours at the wedding and hardly knew I had them on -- quite comfortable. The criss cross straps held my feet in place and the design made my wide feet look normal width. Very happy. Bonus: my back never hurt from wearing heels, even the next day.

These shoes are really gorgeous. However, the B width was too narrow for me, and the W was too wide -- way too wide. I tried to make it work, but it didn't, so I'll never wear them again.

Fit very well. Needed a few days of wear to adjust to the toe box. An elegant shoe and quite comfortable. Looks great with dresses and pants also. I would buy this brand again and I am a Podiatrist.

Great shoe, comfortable, stylish with pants, and wearable right out of the box with no breaking in required. I sometimes have trouble with shoes being too tight across my arch as the day wears on, but this shoe is great.

I love these shoes. Very classy. Comfortable. However, I'd only wear them with pants. Due to the high cut, not great with a dress. I'm usually a 8.5 unless the toe is very pointy I occasionally have to go to a 9. In these, I had to go to a 9 with a squared toe.

I love this shoe but I'm swimming in it, even with orthotics in the shoe (9EE). Re-ordered in 1/2 size smaller and a narrower width hoping to get a better match. Beautiful dark brown croc. I love this brand.

I really wanted this shoe in brown but after trying several sizes/widths I just can't make it work. Very pretty. Runs quite wide even for my wide foot/bunion. Thanks to shipping, I know I tried by best but finally have to move on.

I returned this pair because the heel is too high. Description indicates the heel is 1.5" but it's 2" which is too high for this 6' tall gal!

This shoe has style, comfort and fit, and for an 11 WW, it doesn't look wide on me. I have an extremely hard to fit foot. My feet are extra-extra wide due to a medical condition that is causing my feet to grow and I can no longer shop at local stores to find shoes in my size. Thank you Zappos for your return policy. It's been a lifesaver. If the shoes I ordered don't fit. I can just send them back no charge.

I have not worn dress shoes in years and have hardly ever worn any heels. These shoes are quite comfortable...for heels. My foot feels stable, cushioned a bit and not crammed into a shoe at all. I'm not sure there is much arch support but don't know that there is any arch support in any higher heel shoe. I think there is room for an added insert for support if needed. The shoe is styled with crisscross stretchy fabric across the instep in a way that I think gives a more slimming appearance than a rounded top around the instep. They look dressy and still comfortable. I will try Ros Hommerson shoes again after this purchase.

The shoe is very nice looking. I am frustrated that the size 5.5 was quite snug and the size 6 was considerably too big. It seemed there was more difference than there should have been for just a half-size increase.

Ordered this in the black micro in a 10.5 W. This is a great looking shoe that can go many places - nice heel height for those of us who no longer wish to wear higher heels but still look dressy. This manufacturer's sizes (in length) seem to vary from style to style; this one is true to size in length. I plan to add arch supports.
