Ros Hommerson Cynthia - These shoes are gorgeous but they run narrow. I had to return them because they pinched near the front of the shoe. I ordered them in brown. I didn't order them in wide because I felt it wouldn't fit. My foot tends to run narrow, so I am very surprised these didn't fit. Other than the pinching they were very comfortable. Zappos has terrific shoes and fantastic service!

I usually wear a narrow and ordered a medium based on the reviews. It was way too narrow and pinched the toes. Also, the sides of the shoes are too short and dig into the side of the foot. Too bad because the shoe is gorgeous.

Fabulous Shoe - Great Value - Ordering Another Color - It's very hard for me to find shoes that I can put on immediately (8.5 Wide) and start walking around the office in them, but that's what I did with these. I got them in black; I'm ordering another pair in navy. Gotta have them! And I love Zappos! Top notch delivery, service, and quality!

First day and they feel wonderful. I am always looking for stylish mid-height heels to wear to work. I ordered these and put them on this morning for the first time. I've worn them all day, stood for over an hour in a presentation, walked a long distance on city streets and drove in them. They fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. They are also sensibly priced and very pretty.

Pretty, comfortable, not so sure about quality - I just got these shoes in navy, and I'll keep them. Since they didn't have my size (8) I got them in 8.5 and surprise, surprise, they fit surprisingly well... They look great with slacks and skirts (better with sacks), and I'm very happy with the purchase. The only thing I'm not so sure about is the quality - they say "fine leather uppers", but I suspect only parts of the "uppers" are leather. The material feels too soft to be leather and doesn't look super-durable on a close inspection. Anyway, I would recommend buying them.

Ros Hommerson-Cynthia - Very nice looking shoe and good quality. I put true to size even though the heel slips a bit, I know a smaller size would be just too small. The brown is a nice dark brown and I also got the black. It fits a narrow foot very well. My husband really liked these shoes. When I first slipped them on they felt very comfortable and have some padding, but I have not worn them out and about yet.

Perfect Shoe - Was reluctant to write this review because I don't want Zappos to run out of this shoe based on how popular it may be. It is simply perfect. Love the design, heel, fit, everything. I am between a W and WW and bought it in WW and it fits perfectly. Makes my feet look so good. I was amazed at how good this shoe looks as well as how comfortable it is. I can wear it with a dress, skirt, or pantsuit. It deserves more than 5 stars.

Very good shoes - Based on earlier reviews, I bought one width wider than usual and the shoes fit fine. The heel is a little higher than what I normally wear, but I've worn these shoes to church, to a restaurant party, and to work and my feet have felt fine after each outing. A good, classic pump for dress or office.

Love this shoe. It looks great in the office, true to size, very comfortable and easy on the feet for extended periods of time. My feet are wide and short. Hard to find, stylish, comfortable shoes.

Great Shoe - First order I've ever placed with Zappos. I ordered this shoe based on the reviews I read. I received this shoe the next day! The customer service is excellent. This shoe is comfortable and fit true to size for me (8/2 wide). I wore it all day and stood on my feet giving training seminars and my feet or back did not ache at all. I highly recommend this shoe for anyone who cannot wear heels for a long time.

These shoes look really long and narrow. But they are really squishy and comfy inside. At first I really liked them - but now I will only wear them with long pants because they make my foot look freakishly long and thin. But the comfort - I keep them to get through the airport!
