I was a bit disappointed when I put these on. They are very cute shoes, but I haven't yet decided if I want to keep them. I got a 7M and they are much narrower than most other Ros Hommerson heels that I have purchased. My toes felt a bit constricted, but I know a size 7.5 would be too large. I like this brand because you get fairly good comfort along with good looks, but I'm finding that sometimes the sizing is inconsistent.

I really like the shoe but it is too pointed. A wider size would distort all sizing especially in the heel. I must say your service exceeds all expectations.

Very nice, and I'm thrilled that the WW is actually wide enough. This of course means that they're slightly too wide for me in the heel, but that's my foot, not a fault of the shoe. Arch support is not an issue for me but if I were, I might feel differently, as I don't feel much in this shoe, so that's my one caution. I'll be buying more in this brand. I would love to see a similar shoe with a V shaped vamp rather than round.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are a nice mushroom color which can be worn in cooler weather. I have a narrow foot, but this fits perfectly because the front of the shoe encloses most of the front of the foot. My heel does not slip at all which is a typical problem I have. The side cutouts are extremely stylish. The heel height is perfect for all day on my feet and they have a nice stable base. If you have narrow feet, these are very comfortable and stylish shoe.

Elegant, comfy and a little unusual. I am an attorney and I love this shoe with pants, suits and dresses. It is classic and conservative enough for court, but not the same old same old boring pump.

I recently wore these shoes for a formal occasion in NYC and had to do more walking than I might have liked. But the shoe was both attractive and comfortable and I would highly recommend it, especially if you anticipate wearing heels for a long evening and you aren't used to it!

This is a beautiful shoe. I have very wide feet. The 7 WW was wide enough, but to long. Reordered in a 6 1/2 WW and they were to tight. Seems that the sizing is inconsistant.

At first, this shoe seemed just a tad tight, but the leather gives a bit and I find this shoe extremely comfortable, well made, plus stylish--classier than just the basic black shoe due to the cut outs on the one side. Heel height is great for business wear (slacks and skirts), plus it goes well with dinner clothes. The heel height is perfect, especially if you're on your feet a lot. Great price for this little beauty! So glad I purchased these on sale. And, if you've not shopped with Zappos before, you're in for a treat. These were really nice shoes for a great sale price, but they just weren't dressy enough to go with that little black dress. But for an important meeting with a power suit or dress - they'd be great. I have a hard time with most heels, but these were comfortable out of the box - even with my bunion.

Great shoes, size 5 fits perfect. But unfortunately, the left shoe makes a lot of noise in the toe area when walking, or just when moving your big toe. Will return and order another pair of same size and hope the new pair is better.

These are very comfortable low heels. I wore them to a charity auction right out of the box and never gave them a thought. However I ordered 7 1/2 wide ( my regular size) but could have gotten away with a B width. They are generously sized so were loose wearing tights. Style is sleek, conservative and casual or dressy. I gave just four stars because if I had to wear these all day I might want a truer size and more padding with arch support..but figure I can always put in an insert if needed. The heels are a little expensive out of the box to have to do that but they suited the occasion and I will wear them again.
