Comfort - I like the cushioned bottom. I usually like to put gel or other insoles into shoes and I don't need them with these.

So far so good. I haven't worn them outside of the house yet but so far they're pretty comfortable. I love the look of the heel. I know I'll get lots of use out of these with jeans and pants.
