These are way cool - Love these Ropers. Very comfortable. I get tons of comments on how cool they are. People think they are boots till you pull up your pant legs. Give them try you won't be sorry.

Purchased this shoe for a 9 hour plane ride to Europe and for walking around cobblestone streets. Exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, support and looks. I would buy other Roper shoes and Zappos delivery was great. I received them promptly at no extra charge.

My husband has loved the fit and comfort of this shoe for years. But the finish of this one is just plain ugly. It is a rough mottled finish that we never would have bought had we seen it in advance. We will make sure to get a smooth finish next time.

My first pair of roper shoes - I have just purchased my first pair of Roper shoes. I have been wearing Clarks and Rockports at a greater price. I just put these on and they felt wonderful. They fit perfectly and feel like house slippers.
Brands I'd also recommend: I would like to see if dress shoes feel as well

Well stick my head in the sand - The faux ostrich looks cool and you can wear them for dress or casual also very comfy and as always Zappos service is the greatest thanx C.D.

Another satisfied customer - This is an excellent shoe. The quality is more than I expected, but they were a half size larger and a bit narrower than expected. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone who likes Keen shoes.

I have never had more compliments on a pair of shoes before, guys and gals. These shoes (tan) are great looking with faded jeans or khakis. More comfortable and durable than deck shoes. Slip them on and off without missing a step. GREAT SHOE!!!!

WOW! First pair of Roper's. Normally use sole inserts, may not have to. These have a lot of cushion and support. I should have purchased two pair! I am very hard to 'fit'. Very impressed and my feet are very happy! I'll be back.

Great Shoe - Purchased for my trendy adult son who won't be caught in athletic shoes. He reports terrific support, great comfort, and the great look with Dickies or jeans. They fit his high instep - a nice surprise for slip-ons. Very well constructed and sturdy. Excellent value!

Roper - These are the first Roper's I've owned and they are great, comfortable and get lots of compliments. They only thing - Zappos accidentally sent me the wrong color - but my wife really liked how they looked so I didn't send them back. I'm thinking about getting the darker color now too.

Comfortable travel shoes - I bought the Roper Performance Slip-Ons mainly for dealing with airport security. I wanted a slip-on to deal with the shoe inspection and also needed something that would be close to the comfort of athletic shoes. I am very pleased with these shoes.

Wide in soles - I just received my new Roper slip ons. I have another pair and have loved them. This pair however has begun to fray at the elastic connection in only a few uses. If you have a high wide insole this might not be the best shoe for you

Great value - I had purchased the other color and was pleased with this shoe. My order from Zappos was my first but it will not be my last. Service was excellent! The shoe is easy to slip on and off which I like. I am glad that I have both colors as I can rotate depending on where I am going. I originally thought that they might be a bit heavy because of the substantial sole, but I was able to wear it all day from day one.

Roper Slip On shoes - This is a nice looking shoe and feels as good as it looks. The excellent service from Zappos is always a major plus in buying shoes. This is not my first or last purchase from Zappos.
Brands I'd also recommend: You can never go wrong with Uggs.

Excellent shoe for overseas airline travel - I bought these shoes to wear for overseas flights. They are extremely easy to get on and off for security checkpoints, and easily slipped on at the end of the long flight. Although I wouldn't recommend them for hiking, the shoes are very comfortable for travel.
