Zappos had exactly what I was looking for (toddler boots) at a good price. Also the "free shipping both ways" was ideal for me, as I have to send the boots on to my great-granddaughter to try on, and possibly return if not the right size. I will be shopping at Zappos in the future for sure!

These were more purply/pink - so they don't look like the photo in regards to color. Which I don't like. The shaft is too short now that my daughter has tried them on. I should have stuck with the boots that have a taller shaft. To me they aren't very attractive on her (the shaft of the boot seems irregular when she puts them on... like the shaft needs to be firmer/stiffer) but she won't part with them now. Can't speak on comfort or arch support as I forgot to look at that before rating.
