I bought these shoes for my daughter and she loves them. They were a little tight on the arch but with a little wear they are PERFECT.

This a great looking shoe and as long as you're not expecting Old Gringo quality - it's a good bang for your buck. It's narrow, however. Not sure I would buy it bigger because the length was fine. Just saying if your foot is the least bit more wide than what is considered "Medium", this shoe may not be for you. Great styling for the price, though!
Brands I'd also recommend: Lucky Brand, Old Gringo, Frye

I usually take a size 10.5 or 11 if buying a mule...I LOVE these shoes...I wear them all the time and get a lot of compliments of them - if you're interested in a nice looking cowboy shoe, that happens to be a mule, and don't have a ton of $, this is hardly compromising. It's a lower cost alternative that you need to have! Highly recommended. Comfort was knocked down a bit because only after 8 hours, did they start to hurt!

About Roper
In recognition of a lifetime of contributions to the industry, Sam Mandelbaum’s peers named him to the Western Image Awards Hall of Fame in August of 2003. The leadership of Karman Inc. is now in the hands of Sam’s son, Gary Mandelbaum. Gary shares his father’s vision for growth and continues to make the corporation successful. Karman Inc. is unique in the industry of being one of the only Western apparel and footwear manufacturers and distributors for Roper brands. In January of 1986 under the design leadership of Nancy Leavitt, the company launched the Roper brand with a big splash at the Denver market. Acceptance for the brand was immediate from retailers and consumers alike. A few short years later in 1993, Roper again broke the mold when it introduced its own line of footwear called Horseshoes, unique hybrid combining tennis shoes with boots. Roper managed to create a new niche in the footwear market. Today, the footwear category accounts for about 40 percent of Roper’s total sales volume.
Whether you are looking for casual shoes or hard working boots, Roper has got you covered. Roper designs and manufactures a wide array of boots and shoes for every aspect of the modern cowboy’s life. Roper’s beautifully designed boots and shoes are made from the highest quality materials. From rugged work boots to fun western fashion, Roper boots are made to last.

Very nice shoe. Super comfortable to walk in. The heel is just right. I Would much prefer this shoe in leather, however - feet get sweaty in the plastic uppers.

I am really enjoying these shoes. I get all the cowgirl style without the pain of long boots. I have a wide foot and these were very comfortable. I would have been happier if it would have been real leather.

These are really cute western styled mules, but they just feel pretty cheap to me. Also, they have an odd smell that just won't go away - like a strange mix of leather and plastic. But the main reason why I don't like these is because of the heel. It hits in the middle of my foot and causes pain after a while. These would be great if I didn't have to stand so much, but unfortunately, I do. Very cute, though. I'm disappointed.
