I have one other pair of Rockports - they were recommended by the cobbler I use. They were comfortable and have been very durable, so I thought I would look for Rockport options in brown. These have become my favorite shoes - extremely comfortable and versatile - work well with jeans or khakis. Business casual.

I'm writing this for my husband. He loves these shoes and has been wearing them almost exclusively since they arrived. The first couple of days he needed a band-aid on his heel, but that would not have been necessary if he'd worn socks. They are super comfortable -- almost like slippers. "The most comfortable slip-on I've ever worn." The size selection was great since he has a wide foot and high arch.

The absolute worst shoe I have ever purchased. Money down the drain. After a couple of days, the leather on the left shoe wrinkled/cracked so much it appeared as if I were wearing two different styles of shoes. They stretched out a great deal as well and are now incredibly uncomfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time. Don't even think about walking more than a couple of blocks in these. Spend a little more and buy a Cole Haan Air.

A decent work/casual shoe in the larger size (14) that we always have a hard time finding. The brown is actually the better color than the black one, though, more detail shows through. The black looks too "slipper" like, but that just might be the case because of the larger size. Comfortable.

These shoes are great! They do run a little big. The leather quality is exceptional. I wished the stitching was a little neater. Overall nice job, Rockport.

I've enjoyed the shoe for six months but the stitching has started to come undone between the sole and the toe area. Unless I get them repaired the shoe will not be wearable. I find a six month shelf life unacceptable and therefore cannot recommend them.
