I purchase this shoe for my son for use in school as his school requires dress shoes as part of the uniform code. He has a wide foot and has a hard time spending an entire day with dress shoes, but the Rockport brand is amazingly comfortable. I purchased the Wanigan about one month ago and from day one he said they were very comfortable.

These shoes felt great, but they were so dark that they almost looked black to me. I want something I can wear with khakis and blue Dockers, so these seemed a little dark for me. I bought the same shoe in a lighter shade.

Love the shoes! I had my last pair of Rockports for 10 years before I had to replace them. Very comfortable, very appropriate for dressier occasions and very well-priced.

Very comfortable pair of shoes. I had a Florsheim pair that (I believe) was the major cause of plantar fasciitis. I went back to Rockport and have never looked back. The Adidas insole design does make this pair of shoes feel similar to wearing sneakers all day. Rockport is always consistent in their sizes! Looks good as business casual or with a pair of jeans. Great customer service from Zappos too!

Zappos telephone sales personnel service was excellent, when Paypal wasn't working properly. The shoe laces wore out in a couple of months, and I needed to get some inserts so that I could square-dance in them. Other than that they're a real good pair of shoes.

I'm wearing the shoes as I write this review. Great comfort. I have feet problem and this helped with that. Also, I walk a bit to/from train for my commute and these work perfectly.

I need a wide shoe and these fit the bill. They not only feel comfortable, but they look great too. I've been buying other Rockport wide styles as well and I'm happy with all of them. Rockport finally got the message that some of us need a really wide shoe that's good looking too. I'll buy more of their shoes for sure.

I have had this shoe for about a month and I am very happy with it as a good walking shoe for walking around the city and work. It is very light, almost like a sneaker. Very comfortable. It can also be worn with jeans which is nice. The only thing I would say is if you are looking for a shoe with a lot of style this is not it. It very simple and basic.

Excellent quality shoe. Lasted one full year of daily use. Soles began to wear at the 8 month point, but overall this shoe has held up longer than other brands that I have purchased in the past, and even better than other Rockports. Good choice and well worth the money.
