They Do The Job and More - If you're on your feet all day, especially walking for long periods, this shoe is for you. Comfortable, durable and even looks good. Tried New Balance Walkers and the bottom of my feet ached for days. Stick with the Rockports!

Good product - I have always liked Rockport shoes because of the fit and comfort. For some reason, this time I had to go to a size 15 rather than my normal 14. It also appears that they are not putting the sole on the shoes as in the past. I do not know how long it has been since they changed this as the shoes normally last for a good period of time. This is the first pair I have purchased for several years. The size 15 feels a little larger than I need, but for some reason, the 14 was too small. Perhaps it was mis-marked. That is why I returned them and requested the 15s.

Brands I'd also recommend: I like Rockports in general. New Balance is also a good product. I do need those in a 15.

Hate to alternate shoes now - Love this shoe... wear it every other day and it doesn’t show dust and dirt like all my other shoes. Even the laces have stayed like new after 2 yrs! Did I mention that I walk 20 miles a week and they are 'soooo comfortable.

Rockport's M7100 - I have always enjoyed my Rockport shoes for their comfort, lightweight, support, and appearance. However, the first pair I ordered in my usual size and width felt too short and too narrow. They were exchanged for shoes 1/2 size larger and wider. I'm very comfortable with them now. Thank you Zappos, you're a great store.

Excellent casual walking shoe - I have worn a number of Rockport shoes for years. I really like the Prowalker - often I find it hard to find in my size and color. This one fits the bill fine for an everyday knockabout shoe. Still on file with you looking for this same shoe in white.

Rockport's Prowalker M7100 - Best comfortable shoe around. I have a wide front foot and the toe box was very roomy. Wore this shoe right out of the box, no breaking in. Good overall foot support. This is my second pair and they are very durable.

Prowalker - Very comfortable shoe if you pound concrete all day. Not the most stylish.

Not a walker - Felt fine walking on carpet. First time serious walking, could not finish. No arch support. May be OK for someone with no foot problems. Have had Rockports before and was happy, but not this time.

Old Reliable - These have proven to be the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I order them over and over again. I do use an orthotic insert for extra arch support.

Best Shoe Ever! I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes that really fit but this is the only shoe that really feels great. My wife bought these for me because I was walking out of the ones I had, I had been wearing those for 2 years but I could not find my size so my wife found them here and the service was great. Walking Shoes - Fit and comfort were exact for my size. I have a high instep and high arch and these are great for comfort. I had been using running shoes for walking when going on vacation, etc., but for long periods of wearing them, my feet were always tired. These have relieved my of that problem. I would not use them for running, but for traveling and everyday walking they are perfect. I would buy them again, when needed.

Classic walker - Use these for work, 2nd pair I own. Solid comfort, always have liked the Rockport line. I have a wide foot and these fit perfectly.
