I’ve been ecstatic with the shoes that I purchased and especially with the service of Zappos. Rockport has done a wonderful manufacturing job with this shoe; the quality is built in and it’s extremely light in weight. It has the roominess that I require in the toebox. I ordered the shoes and two days later had them in my hand. Zappos seems to have the best business model that I’ve seen for purchases on the web. The shipping is free, both ways if you have a problem, which I didn’t, and it’s two day air shipping, I seem to recall. Kudos to the team at Rockport and Zappos.

These shoes fit right out of the box. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes that don't look completely rounded in the toe box. However, these shoes appear sleek and have excellent padding embedded in the soles. Extremely comfortable and well worth the money.

i would like to just say, that zappos is the best in everything the do,the very best.i have been dealing with zappos a couple of years now and i am very very pleased with them. i really like rockports and these shoes are the most comfortable shoes i have. with this order i received them the next day,at no charge.thank you zappos and rockports.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase. In my line of work I spend 8-10 hours on my feet a day. The Rockport Schemerhorn maintains a professional look while being easy to wear. It took a few days to break them in, but after that it was smooth sailing.

Excellent shoes! The only shoe I wear is Rockport due to issues with my feet. This is the only brand that hasn't given me trouble and seems to fit perfectly. Of all the Rockports I've ever worn, this has been the most comfortable yet. It fits true to size and needs no "break-in" due to its soft feel! I wear them with suit and tie, as well as business casual attire. This is my favorite color...you'll see it described also as "Chili" on other models. Great look and best feel of all the Rockports I've ever worn. And Zappo's was all they said they would be!

These shoes have been a great purchase. They have wonderful support. They softly hug my feet every time I leave for work. Also, I have been receiving great complements about their look. There have only been two down sides. They are taking a bit to break-in around the toes. Also, they scuffed a bit quickly. However, after a few weeks neither problem has continued.

Bought 2 pr: black and chili. Pleased with both. Extremely comfortable uppers and nicely cushioned footbed, no break-in necessary. Decent quality leather, does not look like plastic. Nailhead ornament on outer side of heel makes appearance a bit more casual; nevertheless, appropriate for office wear.

I bought these shoes for my husband, and he was amazed at their comfort and their stylish look. He wears them daily to work. They are very light weight, don't squeek, and have good traction. He says they are the best shoes he has ever owned! The medium width was a tad too narrow, so we had to go with a wide. Other than that, they fit just great! Highly recommended! (And my husband is very picky...)
