I find everything about Zappos to be great except their prices. If I need to do some shopping and don't anticipate I will have time to 'shop' and I know exactly what I want I will use Zappos. But I don't think the prices are any bargain.

While these shoes look great they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned. I have bought Rockports in the past with no issue in regards to comfort. However, it has been 2 months now and its been nothing but misery. The shoe looks great but if it's not comfortable then what's the point?

I find everything about Zappos to be great except their prices. If I need to do some shopping and don't anticipate I will have time to 'shop' and I know exactly what I want I will use Zappos. But I don't think the prices are any bargain.

Bought these for my husband. After watching him struggle to get his foot into them, I was already logging in to get a return label... however, once on, he swore they fit like a glove; he loved them, and refused to take them off. They are a bit stiff, of course; will need some breaking in before they don't cut in at the bend in his foot. He says they're really only tight in the throat, and has requested I find him a nice shoe horn, rather than return his new-favorite dress shoes.

I am really happy with these shoes. The different views on the site really helped me choose. Out of the box, the shoes are a little stiff. I have worn them around the house a couple of times (for a total of an hour) to break them in. They are pretty comfortable now and I expect them to keep getting better.

Nicely styled Wingtip with a much better heel setup than a few of Rockport's other wingtip choices in that it looks much more traditional with a 90 degree corner on the front of the heel. Very comfortable and supportive. I also have these in black and can wear with a suit or jeans. Great value!

My son had found a pair of these at a second hand store and loved them, but they were very, very worn. He didn't want to give them up, so I suggested we look on Zappos to see if we could find a new pair, and we did! I ordered him a new pair for Christmas and he couldn't be happier. He just had to get used to wearing a new pair and breaking them in himself!
