I loved the style and look of these boots. Unfortunately the specs were not accurate as they are not 16 wide in the shaft, so unfortunately they do not fit so I have to return them. This is a bummer as they are beautiful boots.

These boots are fantastic! They are super comfortable with a low heel. I had people on the street complimenting them. You can walk all day in them and I did. Do not hesitate to purchase these boots! Absolutely gorgeous and comfortable.

This boot is cute and classy, feels slightly larger than the size but fit well on my 15 inches calves (size 9.5). Had to return because the two shoes were two different widths-visibly from the outside! Maybe the exchanged pair will be better...or match, because they are very comfy.

A very nice boot. Comfortable, but the calf was very wide, I would have had to take the boots into a shoemaker to make the calves smaller.

Super comfortable out of the box. Ordered a half size up. Two is has slight point so the tip is showing some wear and tear just after two wearing.

These boots are extremely comfortable and very stylish. The profile is very flattering and feminine. The lower kitten heel lets me pound the pavement of New York without killing my feet. My only complaint is that the rubber on one heel was not well glued and began to spin off its alignment during the first week I had them, but that's a quick fix at the cobbler. I would highly recommend these boots, particularly to those of you who, like me, can't traipse around in high heeled boots without suffering. Rockport knows comfort!

This boot sold me for its simple design and clean lines. First pair were a half-size too big, the two boots didn't match (one was visibly wider/different cut in the footbed than the other). But with great Zappos customer service and the short kitten heel (hard to find) and full side zip, I decided to exchange. I kept the half-size smaller than I normally wear - however, the boot isn't quite as comfortable as some of my other shoes with the same heel type/height. The foot is a bit narrower (but I have fairly wide feet and high standards for comfort!).

These are the boots of my dreams. Very comfortable and fit my feet well. I work all day in these. Super with dresses and skirts. Elegant, refined silouette and high quality craftsmanship. Fits my feet perfectly. The suede does stretch a bit so I can use thicker socks.

These don't look like your typical wide calf boots. I've always had a hard time finding boots that look stylish but fit a wide calf. I wore these to work. Plus to a holiday party plus my feet didn't hurt after 12 hours in the boots, plus have gotten lots of compliments from coworkers. Just went back for a second pair. If you're thinking about these, definitely give them a shot.

Nice looking boot and very comfortable, but does not withstand a walking commute. Within a matter of 3 wearings, the wrapped heels were demolished.

Very stylish boot but it doesn't fit my wide calf. I am a plus-size girl, not just someone with athletic legs. Be sure to measure your calf accurately because there is no real give in the shaft. Shoe portion was a bit tight as well... so 1/2 size bigger might have helped. Wish I could keep them, because they are so pretty. Guess I will have to try again.

They seem a little big but not enough to return but I would wear these with socks anyway. Plus I worry that the smaller size would be too tight. Otherwise, super comfy and it doesn't even feel like I am wearing heels. I am only 5' and was worried the boot would be too high but is just fine. Been getting a lot of compliments on them.

These boots are not as wide as advertised. I should have had plenty of room, but couldn't even get them zipped over my calves.

Absolutely not a wide calf boot. My calf measures exactly 16 in. This boot was almost half an inch from zipping. There is no stretch in the calf at all. It's a well-made, beautiful boot, but don't buy it if your calf measures any bigger than 15.5 in.

The calf is not a wide calf boot as described. The description says 16 inch circumference, but I measured the boot and it is 15.5 at the top, but about 14.5 inches at the widest part of the calf (which is not the top of the boot). No way are these going to zip up on my 15.5 inch calf.

Really comfortable and versatile boot. I don't like the looks of the seam that runs all the way down the middle though.
