I had high hopes for these. Unfortunately they have a really weird fit. The toe box is really narrow and extremely tight around the edge while the heel is wide. The platform is probably comfortable if one could get past the tight toe box.

Why did Rockport stop making the Lucy patent leather pump? It was the perfect work shoe - patent leather, low heel, classy, comfortable. This shoe is only an adequate substitute. The heel is a bit higher, but the inside has good cushioning. Rockports with adiprene are great at wicking away sweat and supporting my feet all day. The brown color felt a half size larger on my feet than the black color.

Beautiful shoe, lots of comfortable cushioning. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, the toe area is too tight. They are also big at the heel, so getting a bigger size will not solve the toe situation. It's a real shame, because they feel very comfortable.

Very comfortable, but they kept slipping off my heel so I had to return them, I couldn't even walk more than a few steps.

Great profile. Nice dark red color. I had high hopes. I'm willing to put up with a fair amount of discomfort, but I couldn't keep these on longer than a minute. As others said, they run very narrow and flat in the toe area. I do have wide feet, but even so, the top of the toe area dug in. It may work for others.

Had the opposite problem as many, mine were a 1/2 size too big! I'm going to try again with the smaller size, they seem very well cushioned.

I have a wide foot and purchased these in two different sizes to try to get a good fit. These just didn't work for my wide foot at all. Pretty shoe...they are going back, though.

Heel slips. I have the Juliet bootie and ordered these in the same size. However, the heel slips a lot when I walk. Haven't decided if I want to try a smaller size.

Beautiful shoe, but the toe box is unbearably tight so I'm returning. Wish they offered this style in a wide size since the toe box seems to be a common issue with buyers.

Review Text: These shoes have super comfortable footbeds. (Hence, the 5 stars for comfort.) Additionally, I like that the soles of these shoes are made of a rubber-like material (reminds me of a sneaker). If you look closely at the picture of the shoe, you can the edge. (And no, it doesn't make the shoe any less sexy.) I think this type of sole tends to make shoes more comfortable to walk in. Plus, it gives traction; which helps me because there are a lot of slick floors in my workplace. They make a great choice for dresses, skirts or pants. (The 5 stars for style.) Now, for the bad news, the 10s I ordered were practically a full size smaller than they ought to be. (This is why I'm giving them 3 stars overall.) I'm hoping to trade mine in for an 11 or because I have a narrow heel I may try for a 10.5. I'm going to cry if I can't get them. When I'm done wiping my tears, I'll be searching for another pair with the Adidas footbed; which I hope will make any shoe with it just as super comfortable. It's better than the Nike Air footbeds.

Toebox wasn't tall enough, or even quite wide enough either, way too tight. Very uncomfortable. Didn't even have to put the second shoe on to know these needed to go back. I have wide feet, which probably doesn't help.

Very uncomfortable. There is support in the shoe but it seems minimize the size inside of the shoe making it very tight and restrictive. It's a very nice looking shoe, just wish it fit well. I'm not going up a size because then it would be too long. Even if it came in wide width it would still be too big. I will be returning the shoe.

Loved the style and quality, but just as others had said in reviews, it slips terribly in the heel. So sorry and would have loved to keep, but just couldn't imagine a workable solution!

Wanted to love these because the insole looks quite comfortable and the quality seems good, but something was wrong with the fit. My toes were squashed, but my heel was slipping out of the back. Unfortunately, these have to go back.
