The first pair I ordered the toe pinched, too short. I ordered size I normally wear, 8. They were too short and tight. I ordered 8.5, heel slips and shoe feels sloppy. Ironically the toe is still a bit short.

It's a great looking shoes that goes well with either jeans, shorts, or skirts. That's why I put up with the extra work of exchanging to a smaller size. The right size pair was still too tight at the beginning. Once the shoes stretched out, it was fine. Zappos really impressed me with their excellent return policy and surprised me with next day shipping services.

Tried these on at the Rockport store before purchasing. They are fantastic - great arch support, cushioning and "secret" 1 1/2 inch lift. They measured my foot at as 6, but the 6 1/2 fit beautifully (I'm pregnant and my feet swell by the end of the day). If you consider any of their "walking styles" note that they have a higher rise in the back of the heel. On my foot, it hit too high and hurt, but the Faye flats are perfect. Tried on other comfort brands of flats and after a long process, these are the best.

These shoes aren't worth the price. I wore it for just a few hours at work and had to put on my emergency flip flops. These shoes rubbed against my feet and the dye rubbed off on my toes!

I love this shoe. I had no idea that a Rockport with Adidas technology could be stylish. Now I know. The sole is incredibly comfortable. I bought these for photographing weddings where I'm standing on my feet for about 9 hours straight. They rub the top of my foot near my pinky toe, but I'm hoping to wear that in, so it'll no longer be an issue. Also to mention, the snakeskin I received is in no way mauve, which is what I was hoping. It's gray and brown tones- a perfect neutral!

Look stylish on (classic ballerina shape), not like granny shoes. Super comfy for flats, great color. The only complaint I have is the price, it seems a little steep.

I ordered a 7.5 Wide in marble python. The footbed was very soft and comfortable, but the fit felt off. It felt a half size longer than marked, and was not wide enough for me. Otherwise, the look is a stylish basic.

I've been looking for a nice, versatile flat with a bit of interest and I thought this ballet in 'raisin' would be perfect. The support inside the shoe and the little heel were nice. But I had to return them because the top of the shoe rubbed and pinched where my foot met the shoe opening behind my big toe. Super painful. Perhaps just the shape of my foot? Too bad.

Classic looking low shoe with a bit of a lift in the heel. These shoes are my new best friends, because they're dressy looking and it feels as if you're walking on marshmallows.

Just got these today and still on the fence. The sole does indeed, as one reviewer said, feel like "walking on marshmallows." Unfortunately, it also takes up most of the shoe's interior height -- probably why people have been complaining that it feels too small or rubs. I'm wondering how much the sole's going to flatten down. I took out the sole, shoe height is perfect, but the length is the other extreme -- I ordered a 7.5 W (don't have super wide feet, but definitely not narrow) based on reviews, which is at the small end of my fit span, and it's a bit long. So, without the sole, a bit floppy. With the sole, not enough height for the foot. Very complex shoe fit. Pluses, it's actually really cute. I've always associated Rockport with Grandmas, but faced with three weeks walking vacation I need something comfortable. These don't look like I'm in my Grandma's shoes, or a nurse, or in Crocs. I'm going to wear them around the house a bit and see how they feel.

I think the shoe I received had a higher heel than the photo. I thought the shoes I received seemed a little uncool and am returning. I got the 7.5 W size and could have gone down to a 7. They were very comfortable, but I'll try a different style.

I wanted these to work, but they but they hurt my feet. They're a really stylish and cute shoe with a super cushiony insole. Unfortunately, they rubbed uncomfortably on my heel and a couple of bony areas up near the toe. I ordered in multiple sizes and was bummed that none of them worked for me.

These shoes are amazing! They feel like a tennis shoe inside but dressy outside. I work in retail and am on my feet all day, and these shoes are the best I've had in years.

Very cute with a nice padded heel. Little to no arch support. Felt a bit narrow on first day but stretched out nicely. Rockport with Adidas support is nowhere near a Cole Haan with Nike Air...but at Rockport prices, I'm not complaining!
