Thank you for allowing me to write the review. This is the first time I purchased a shoe through Zappos and I am totally satisfied with both the shoe and service. They arrived in a short time and the shoes look and feel great. Totally pleased with this experience and may never step foot in a shoe store again.

These shoes are very comfortable and look great with jeans or khakis. I purchase Rockports because of the 3E and 4E widths which are hard to find in stylish shoes. I was impressed with the fast delivery from Zappos as well. Kudos to both Rockport and Zappos!

Choosing shoes used to be easy. Back in the the day, Rockport offered just a few styles, all good looking and comfy. Styles have proliferated in recent years, and the search for a basic, classy dress shoe has become much more complicated. As dress shoes go, this is a bit on the "clunky" side, not as refined-looking as some. Maybe it's that squared off toe. I would have preferred something a bit rounder, but not too elongated, but I couldn't find that particular needle in the haystack. And these don't seem quite as supple as my last pair of Rockports. Overall: falls a bit short on both styling and comfort, but perfectly okay.

I have a narrow long foot. It is nearly impossible for me to find shoes that truly fit in any store. These shoes come in narrow (B) which is great. They are not very dressy but are perfect with jeans or khakis. As another poster says, the toe is a bit clunky but fine for casual wear. I also have low arches and find that these shoes accommodate a narrow Birkenstock arch support insert under the stock foot bed quite well. The fit and finish on these shoes is as good as it gets for not too expensive shoes. I would recommend these to anyone else who needs good casual shoes.

I found these to be just what i was looking for -- a comfortable shoe that is appropriate for business casual and a weekend evening. No break-in period required. And at a very reasonable price.

These are great shoes! I was really uncomfortable with those expensive inflexible shoes that I was wearing before. You guys have the best service of anyone. When we telephone, you let us talk to a real person - one who is pleasant and willing to do whatever it takes. It is wonderful! My wife and I both love Zappos!

I've always wanted a pair of Rockports, and now I am very glad I finally have a pair. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I would most definitely recommend these to friends and family.
