Size 12 is actually a size 14. Math is certainly not a strong at Rockport. I would remind them that measurements are not an interpretive science. They are an exact science. Too many big words? An inch, is an inch, is an inch... indefinitely It doesn't ever become longer or shorter. These are not a size 12 by any measurement, except in imaginary Rockport world. There you just make it up. Also, in the photo the souls are black, the pair delivered are blue and cheap looking. Wow, huge disappointment.
