I loved these shoes and thought they were very pretty, but they run very big! I wear a 9 and the 9 was so big on me I couldn't walk in the. I exchanged them for the 8.5, but they were still too big and literally fell off while I was walking. I put heel grips in them, which kept them on (they did not do so for the 9), but then the toe squeezed so much that they hurt after wearing them only a few minutes. I will be returning these, but sadly, because they are adorable.

I think the other reviewer is right that this does run large. Usually when people say that on Zappos I find that I can't agree with them, but in this case I definitely did. I ordered half a size smaller than I normally get in heels, and if anything it's still slightly too big in the back (although the toe box is fine). I might have to put in some heel pads, but they're not unwearable as-is either. Otherwise, I like them a lot. They're adorable, fairly comfortable, and pretty quiet too.

These shoes are super cute! Not too high, so appropriate for business attire but the fabric is fun and can easily be worn with skinny jeans after work as well. Love them! They slip a tad in the heel, but nothing a heel pad doesn't fix.

I was really excited about these shoes as a possibility for my wedding. They look great, but unfortunately, they are uncomfortable. The arch support is pretty decent, but the slight curve near the toes put all the weight on the ball of the foot. It felt quite hard and unnatural - even for heels. Taking advice from other reviews, I ordered a half size smaller, which was actually a bit too small in the toes.
